You'll never get anywhere making up stuff about your opponents like that. But virtually all pro abortion advocates want it up till the moment of birth for whatever reason because "my body my choice" forgetting someone else's body.

I guess we're both in agreement that you should learn your terminology and Cleveland Clinic should fix that passage.
Why do you suppose women have partial birth abortions?I remember that being the case when partial birth abortions made the headlines.
it wasn't the case then, either.I remember that being the case when partial birth abortions made the headlines.

Because ugly as it is, and not without risk, sometimes it is an absolutely necessary medical procedure. It is a decision taken between the woman and her doctor. No woman wants to have a right-wing legislature looking over the doctor's shoulder while he is performing it.It sure seemed to be from what I was hearing and reading.
For those who don't know, a partial birth abortion is where the baby is delivered up to where the head crowns, and then the child's skull is crushed. Which I remember being defended to the hilt by pro-abortionists.
Can't transport people across state lines for illegal purposes... And if abortion is illegal in your state...
You asked; I delivered; you shifted the goalposts.
"Mostly" the states jurisdiction until the go the Texas route and make it a civil offense... Then the people anywhere can sue for a shot at $10K and a pat on the head...
Laws stop at the state lines... Greed doesn't.
actually it really doesn't. They have firearms, they have ammunition, they have supplies, and they know how to operate their firearms.. that qualifies as "well regulated" in the 18th century. The Founding Fathers weren't looking for a professional military. They were looking for minutemen. Farmers and "wannabe rambos" who had their own firearms and ammunition and were proficient in their use that they could marshal up for defending the nation without having to arm them from the government's coffers and train them when they might not have time.Well, that rules out most of the Rambo wannabes I see prancing around in their camo outfits...

They kicked and screamed when partial birth abortions were banned and when third trimester abortions were banned.
since when is it still called a zygote after 6 weeks and has a heartbeat?Name one zygote that is a person.
since when is it still called a zygote after 6 weeks and has a heartbeat?
It is sickening to me that the entire argument is founded on dehumanizing a human being in order to make it "okay" to kill.

So the zygote is a person?
You seem to have some quite novel definitions of those words. Is it also an adult?
