Anyone of you if you can, provide a definition of sex, preferably a medical dictionary. I got this definition from medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com



The structural and functional characteristics of a person or organism that allow assignment as either male or female; sex is determined by chromosomes, hormones and external and internal genitalia (gonads).



If I’m going by this definition, then there are only two sexes. So show me a definition that allows for more sexes.

The etiology of transgender identity may actually have a neurological factor (99% sure there are studies correlating that idea), that isn't precluded merely because psychology tends to involve stress and the effects on daily functionality as important for diagnosis

I had a particular question. Do trans people really believe that by transitioning, that they become the opposite sex? I mean, sometimes I hear the phrase thrown around, that trans women are women. I don’t have to be a biologist to know that’s insane—trans women don’t have eggs. Trans women don’t magically start menstruating. Or who knows, maybe a progressive would fire back, does a woman need to menstruate to be a woman? And then I suppose I would have to argue based on what is normative, namely that women usually menstruate, but trans women never have eggs.


So what I’m getting at is, just how dedicated are progressives to this gender theory? Is it irrelevant to state that what is normal of male and female behavior is obvious, if perhaps they believe that what is normal now may not always be normal—meaning that humans may evolve into something different? Or, maybe progressive minded people know that their theory is senseless, except maybe not all, and they would rather use their ideas to divide and conquer. But then again that just sounds conspiratorial.


For example, I watched a video of a trans woman explaining that he thought the concept of male and femaleness really was a concept that the colonizers came up with. I can’t tell you how absurd that is. I guess there’s no point in defining humans as male and female. But that’s like saying that human procreation is irrelevant, and that’s why we don’t need terms like male and female. This really gets into dangerous territory because it’s an attempt to play God—the idea that we don’t have to have limits based on our gender.


It’s also an attack on God’s very good design, that in the beginning he made them male and female. Even Jesus affirmed this (see Mt 19:4).

Real trans people are against most of what is happening now.

They do agree that gender dysphoriza is a mental illness and would like a cure -that isn't transitioning! That kids should not be given drugs, that what is going on now is madness.
Actual truth not the crazy woke nightmare going on now where kids are being chemically castrated. If you read the comments that drug often given -causes bone destiny loss.
It's not rainbows and good times but years of heartbreak and possible bone breakages.
They claim there are at least 20,000 plus transitioning back with permanent harm done to them.

You can change the outside wrapper, although often a great mental and monetary cost but you can't change who God made you as.
A skeleton dug up a 500 years later can be identified as male or female. People with deformities or infertility or other medical issues are just that, people with medical issues.

One video talked about this suicidal young man who wanted a vagina to be surgically made but guess what? His parents allowed him to take puberty blockers as a child and now he has a micro penis so it isn't big enough to create a vagina from. They talked about using his colon and someone else that person knows who had that done says "their vagina smells like colon and they have zero sexual drive" Because yes those are some of the side effects of puberty blockers that the far left toss around like candy.
Also as if an inverted penis is ever a vagina. Vaginoplasty carries enormous risks. It has high rates of infections and revisions. All of that for something that isn't a vagina. I don't think they have any idea of the actual functionally of a real vagina that has lubrication, nerve endings and muscles; it's not just a canal.
Then in girls, many are getting double mastectomies at ages 12-16, life long permanent choices made as minors yet they can't make any other adult decisions. How many life long choices did we all make at 12-16? I know I wouldn't want even 18 year old me making life long permanent choices let alone at 12.

But then you just go with more anecdotal nonsense and even unscientific reductive ideas. If a woman has a hysterectomy, is she therefore not a woman anymore? Is a woman with a Y chromosome suddenly just a freak of nature and should be treated with sympathy like they have a second head? Intersex people have struggles, you're not helping by treating them like lepers that need to just stay away from society unless they conform to what makes you comfortable

No one is claiming gender reassignment surgery, HRT or such is changing DNA, this isn't science fiction where those ideas have been brought up, so maybe stop misrepresenting the trans community and their allies like this as if they believe anything close to this, because they don't

Also pretty sure the examples you use are not representative of the general community, because these decisions would not be done by any reputable medical professional without consideration of those. Puberty blockers are usually not lifelong, first off, it's generally not done for more than a few years and would likely be strictly managed and monitored.

The stories that end up with bad outcomes are not an argument for something to not be done, that's hasty generalization fallacy on its face, just take a step back and reconsider whether you should go with your gut here and just post more of this tirade rather than...not doing it.

Being willing to have vulnerability and openness about mental health is the first step to destigmatizing even getting the help people need. But you seem to think we can just pray it away or that we only selectively use mental health rather than normalizing therapy as something everyone should be open to, no one is perfect
