Lots of work today on two gardens. From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I had to shovel one of the gardens. The main garden is not as bad as it was 2 years ago when it was just grass. Everything has come a long way and I am still amending the soil. A few weeks ago I carried buckets of soil from the woods to one of the gardens. I'm going to have to get some fertilizer to put in the areas that I put seeds. Unless the horse manure comes sooner.View attachment 315947View attachment 315949

I'm not sure that my tomatoes and bell pepper seeds are going to make it to be put in the garden. I started a little bit too late indoors.

MIgardner's heirloom seeds are so reliable. Are you a professional gardener? If so, thats so cool! Anywho, did you end up transplanting outdoors the tomato and pepper seedlings?

Half of my seeds came from there. Another half came from Baker Creek. A friend tipped me off on the price point.

No I'm not a professional gardener. Maybe in the future I'll take a Master Gardener class, without maintaining the status. I started in 2009 with many failures. A landlord help me. I grew up with a vegetable garden that I had to take care of and hated it. Never thought I would be doing it later in life, but we seem to always go back to our roots. No pun intended.
This week I'm going to transplant the seedlings that I have. It doesn't look like we'll have Frost this week. Thanks for your encouragement!

I love it. I've been using them for near a decade with good results. I love their catalogs also. I get like the kid I was at Christmas circling my wish list in the toy section of the catalogs. Are you planting indoors or in a raised bed?

So do I. They’re very addicting! We plan to do it hydroponically. We’ll start with medicinals and add the others as needed.

Pop of colors today. I have to break in my sports orthotics and get up to 8 hours. So I decided to wear jeans to church but a little bit of femininity on the top. And an awesome bag that I found at Goodwill but you are so ago.
