It is a leaked draft "of the majority opinion" which means "the opinion that prevailed" as opposed to a leak of the "minority opinion".

So while they can still flip flop on it - the fact that it is a leak not of "one person's opinion" but of the "majority opinion" at least gives the reader a "clue" as to where the majority is headed.

I don't care how you try to word it or dress it up. Pro-choice is just a word game. Would you consider pro-choice to be moral when it comes to something like slavery? I wouldn't own a slave but I support people's choice in whether they want to own a slave or not. That's just word games. Pro-choice is pro-slavery. Pro-choice is pro-murder. Slavery is wrong and murder is wrong. Period. God said He can't stand someone being Luke warm. Be either hot or cold but not that middle ground trying to play both sides of the fence. Trying to please the world while also telling yourself you are doing what God wants. You're either for the murdering of innocent babies or you're not. Period. That's exactly what some Christians will do in the end times when confronted with the mark of the beast or worshipping satan. Try to play both sides of the fence and hope they come out all right and don't go to hell.

That is sad, but the step father or whoever he is should be punished, not the innocent child that was conceived. Murdering the child won't stop the man. Go after the man not the unborn baby. You can't right one wrong by committing another wrong and murdering an innocent baby.

For those who want to apply Christian standards to our laws, please remember that United States is not, and has never been, a Christian nation.

Our government is structured in a way that should ideally prevent it from telling us what to believe. Governments that prescribe a belief system (whether religious or irreligious) tend to penalize or otherwise oppress anything that deviates from the state sanctioned dogma. The United States was largely founded by Christians who were well aware of this fact, having been oppressed by the Church of England, and aware of greater European history. They wanted to practice their faith without governmental intervention. The reason for the separation of church and state is to protect religious liberty.
