Near the end of time, Revelation 14 prophesies that a loud proclamation will go to the world. Three angels will speak with a loud voice.

The first angel:

Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.
  • The gospel goes to the world.
Revelation 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

The command to worship.
  • Fear God
  • Give glory to Him
  • Remember creation by worshiping God: Worship Him that made heaven, earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
  • Jesus, the Creator of all things. (Colossians 1:16-20, John 1:1-3, John 1:10, 1 Corinthians 8:6)
Judgment is now, not in the past, not in the future.
  • The hour of His judgment is come.
    • Dire warning
    • Urgency
    • Time is short
The first angel's message is pointing back to creation and the sanctification of the seventh-day Sabbath.

Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Genesis 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

The first angel's message is pointing to the commandment given to Moses.

Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Exodus 20:9-10 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates.

Exodus 20:11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
  • The command to remember.
  • The command to worship.
  • God set the seventh day apart as His Sabbath.
  • Revelation 14:6 points back to creation.
  • Genesis 2:1-3 and Exodus 20:8-11 point forward to the first angel's message in Revelation 14:6.
  • All point to perpetual worship on the seventh day Sabbath specifically, throughout earth's past, present and future.
  • God observed a day of rest at creation and sanctified it.
  • God commanded seventy-day Sabbath observance on Mt. Sinai
  • God reiterates His Sabbath through the loud voice of the first angel.
What of the second and third angels' messages?
The second angel:

Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
  • Guilty of fornication, and making all nations drink of the wine of its wrath.
  • Exalts itself above all that is called God.
  • In opposition to God. (Daniel 7:25)
  • Speaks blasphemy against God. (Revelation 13:5)
The third angel:

Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
  • A warning against worship of the beast and his image.
  • A dire warning that the full wrath of God will be poured out.
  • A call to worship God on His day, not the one set by man.
  • A hearkening back to creation, and to the commandment given on tables of stone and written with God's hand. Thus tying creation, the commandments (including the Sabbath), and end time prophecy together.
  • A call to keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Jesus mentions the Sabbath while prophesying the great tribulation.

Matthew 24:20-22 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Isaiah describes worship in heaven, the perpetual observance of the Sabbath.

Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.
Conclusion:
  • The Sabbath is clearly pointed to in Bible prophecy.
  • The above verses in this post link worship to the Sabbath.
  • The beast is in direct opposition to all that is God. The seventh-day Sabbath included. Daniel 7:25 "...and think to change times and laws..."
  • The Sabbath is given special significance at key locations in scripture, emphasizing it.
  • The Sabbath is a memorial of creation, a commandment of God, and the first angel's message is a loud voice, calling us to worship on the Sabbath.

So, now SDA try to push their Sabbath obsession even into eschatology, thats new to me.

Anyone can post a scriptural study showing differently. That's what the thread is for.

Study? The only sabbath mentioned in your wild eschatological mixture is about running from Jerusalem, because it would be difficult in winter or on the Sabbath day.

This is not for those who won't understand. But for those who can understand (those who have ears to hear and eyes to see):

1. God rested on the 7th day following His 6 days of creation. It is in Christ that all creation consists, and the sabbath rest was in Christ:

Colossians1
16 For all things were created by Him, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things were created through Him and for Him.
17 And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
18 And He is the Head of the body, the church, who is the Beginning, the First-born from the dead, that He may be pre-eminent in all things.
19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all fullness should dwell.

Hebrews 1
1 God, who at many times and in many ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds,
3 who being the shining splendor of His glory, and the express image of His essence, and upholding all things by the word of His power, having made purification of our sins, He sat down on the right of the Majesty on high

2. The sabbath ended when Adam sinned:

Genesis 3
17 And to Adam He said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it! The ground is cursed for your sake. In pain shall you eat of it all the days of your life.
18 It shall also bring forth thorns and thistles to you, and you shall eat the herb of the field.
19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are, and to dust you shall return.

3. The Law is a shadow of Christ. The Law hangs on the commandment to love God and neighbor. The 10 commandments hang on the same commandments.

4. Regarding the law and 10 Commandments, Jesus, in whom is the sabbath rest, said,

Matthew 11
28 Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and all of you shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

5. Attempted obedience on our behalf to the 10 commandments makes us further from the mark than we can imagine, because when we do this, it's our fruit, not the fruit of the Spirit, which can only be produced by the vine (Christ) through our faith in Him if we abide in Him and do not abide in our fruit, i.e our obedience to any of the 10 commandments:

Galatians 5
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, wilful restrain: against such there is no law.

The fruit of the Spirit is is the fruit of the Spirit of Christ, it is not our fruit produced in our vanity with obedience to the 10 commandments, and the fruit of the spirit IS NOT LAWLESS, it fulfills the Law:

Romans 13
8 Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
9 For: "Do not commit adultery; do not murder; do not steal; do not bear false witness; do not lust;" and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this word, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
10 Love works no ill to its neighbor, therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

It's the fruit of the Spirit of Christ, who fulfilled all the law and the 10 commandments like this:

John 15
13 No one has greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

So Jesus, in whom is the sabbath, says to us,

Matthew 11
28 Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and all of you shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

This:

Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.

Simply means that all flesh will come to worship before God 24/7 - because it will be a 24/7 sabbath, because the sabbath is in Christ.

This is the point .... to love one another IS keeping the 10 commandments .... kept out of love and for no other reasons. The 10 commandments are laws of love.

This is the point .... to love one another IS keeping the 10 commandments .... kept out of love and for no other reasons. The 10 commandments are laws of love.
To love God and to love our neighbours is actually the whole Law and all the prophets. Not just the 10 commandments, but all 613 or how many are there.

So do you think it will always be a new moon too? Lol. I've never seen such an attempt to wiggle out of the obvious truth.

I am glad that you agree to love God and our neighbor includes God's Ten commandments. The new covenant shows God's law are written in the heart and mind. Hebrews 8:10, Jermiah 31:33 In the new covenant it tells us what laws changed like Jesus being our High Priest and the sacrificial and food offerings ended (Hebrews 10, Col 2:14-16) with Jesus are the perfect sacrifice. Yes, many of the laws carried over like love God with all your heart, the Ten Commandments, love your neighbor and the health laws.

Thus tying creation, the commandments (including the Sabbath, and end time prophecy together.

Except today in the new cabinet the commandments of God are the true love commands, and not the ten.

We definitely are to keep God’s commands, the two commands, not the ten, Which have been superseded by the two love commands.

It means that who loves God and people, he does not need 10 commandments or law, because he naturally does good and does not need specific instructions.

Thats why "the law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers..." (1Tm 1:9)

For Christians, the Mosaic Law is obsolete.

For Christians, the Mosaic Law is obsolete.
We should never seek to replace what is the will of God, so it's not up to us to define God's will or God's law, that is up to God and God spoke and wrote His laws with His own finger. His commandments are eternal. Matthew 5:17-19

The righteous person is going to be obeying God and His laws, which is why the law is not for the righteous because they are already obeying, on God's terms, not mans.

For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. Romans 2:13

The law placed outside the Ark were nailed to the cross. The tablets of stone (the 10) are under the mercy seat in heaven,

The law (outside) of the ark were put in place until the seed came ... and after His death those were nailed to the cross.

The "mosaic laws “were added because of transgressions.” (until the seed come - Christ) This is most revealing because we have just established that “where no law is, there is no transgression” (Romans 4:15).

(Abraham) One can’t be guilty of transgressing a law which does not exist. And since it is recorded that “Abraham obeyed ... my laws” (Genesis 26:5), we have to believe that that earlier law, which Abraham observed, was the Ten Commandments. Moses had not yet been born, and it could not have been his law (and believers are counted for the seed)

Believers are in the process of being sanctified by the Holy Spirit .... the work of the Holy Spirit helps us overcome sin.

As one draws closer to God, we see our sinfulness in the light of Christ’s righteous life.

Christ revealed to humanity an example of a pure and holy life (1 Peter 2:22). The Spirit’s work is to behold His life, His goodness, and see our hopeless state.

This is for the purpose that you may be led to repentance (turning away from sin) (Romans 2:4). It is the conviction of sin, and Christ‘s righteousness, that leads one to salvation. And it is through the salvation experience that we will begin to grow through the Spirit.

The 10 are written in all hearts (not 613)

Romans 2:14-15 NLT
Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law (the 10), show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right.

Has to be .... else how does Jesus judge rightly?

I disagree. The blood of the Messiah who fulfilled the law covers the mercy seat, and the law written on the heart is the law Jesus said would be written on the heart - not the one you say:

John 15
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.
5 I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

It's the fruit of the Spirit that is written on the heart, and it fulfills the law and the commandments.

The 10 commandments are not a testimony for mankind (including you and me). They are a testimony against us.

Attempts to make yourself righteous in God's sight through your fruit (i.e your obedience to commandments) brings forth death.

If you can stand before God sinless you do not need the law, but since all has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God, we need the law Romans 3:23. Sin is defined as the transgression of God's law 1 John 3:4 and the law points out sin Romans 3:20, Romans 7:7 If you break one commandment you break them all and this is a direct quote from the Ten Commandments James 2:10-12 the Ten Commandments came in a covenant of Ten Exodus 34:28 personally written by God's finger! God defines what sin is, its not up to us to pick and choose which laws are sin.

When we are in Christ, His righteousness is imputed in us. Therefore we died to the Law. We no longer stand before God for ouselves. Thats the gospel, actually.

"For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."
2 Cor 5:21

"But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that which we were bound, in order for us to serve in newness of the Spirit, and not in oldness of the letter."
R 7:6
