Those are data artifacts, not structures. "Towers" or "spires" of 4 miles/6 km would create shadows that would be easily observable to earth based telescopes. You could easily get a group like TAIC (TAIC) to verify their existence.

That video is also a huge collection of misinformation and unsupported assertions. Hollow moon, unique moon, orbital position ect ect.
