I am a possible Convert to Orthodoxy, and my spouse left me less than 2 years ago. We were only married for less than 2 years prior to her leaving, and there are no children involved. She is from another continent, and it is a situation where I am permitted to divorce her based on 1 Cor 7 as well as Matthew 19:9.

She is an atheist. 1 Cor 7:15 indicates that in such a situation where she refuses to return back home (and wants a divorce), I am to "let [her] leave". Thus, I seem to have run out of options, although I have been praying for a miracle.

Is there anything else I can/should do to perhaps see a miracle take place in her heart? In particular, I am wondering about two things:
1. Perhaps having Orthodox clergy and believers praying for this matter
2. Perhaps having her exorcised, as I think she is demon possessed. The challenge there would be obtaining her consent to visit a priest.

I would welcome any thoughts to the above, particularly regarding the exorcism part.. as not all priests do that, but is something worth considering as it is the (only?) way I can imagine to reach her heart.

you’d need to talk to your local priest about this.

but anyone can pray for her at any time. we even have a prayer section where you can go into details.

I'm just at the beginning of my journey as a Convert to Orthodoxy, so there are several steps before I will have a priest (such as visiting several parishes, seeing which priest I would trust, deciding where to attend, etc).
Meanwhile, the need of a miracle to save the marriage is happening in parallel.

Regarding the exorcism question, am I right to think that there is a priest somewhere that would be capable to exorcise a demon out of her?

Again, it is the only way I can imagine to reach her heart.

you can, but you need a local priest you can talk to one-on-one

Ok, just to clarify you are saying I am indeed correct to think that there is a priest somewhere that would be capable to exorcise a demon out of her (assuming she has a demon)?

sure, but you gotta start with local clergy
