Ok, i am not from usa, but i am 'shocked' Biden was elected president when he can't even piece sentences together it seems, i don't like politics much and taking sides into american ones, but if trump 'mumbled' like him he would have been roasted to nothing in main news networks, both sides are very biased.
I can have compassion for an elderly man who had brain surgery, but he is the leader of one of the biggest countries he should be more apt than this.
Sorry if there are other threads a about this.

When you're in a position such as the president, when literally everything you say in public will be recorded, whether it's a prepared speech or off-the-cuff remarks, then well done to all those who have spent hours checking out the tapes and the videos and the broadcasts for something they can use to show his claimed lack of ability in using the English language.

At least it keeps you muy trabajo. ¿Verdad?

... not only did Biden show up but he was judged to have won the debates -- he had no issue answering the questions and speaking well.
Biden was the clear winner in all aspects of both debates ...

Voted he will not finish the term, but he might. Even if he were dead and it was a weekend at bernies situation, american MSM would never report that his aids was dragging a corpse around and signing papers for him. But I assume the point has been to sneak in Kamala as prez from the start. Since what is important for DNC is social engineering and theatre. So getting the first minoritywoman and woman at all as prez is the point. So, since she is unelectable and so are everybody else they have picked, it must be done by using Joe this way. Poor Jill, who lose her husband this way. Oh well, once in the mafia, you can never leave, when called upon, you must come for the sitdown and accept the job.

What? The guy's a regular gaffe machine, and has been for several years!
Perhaps you could give a recent example ?
Well, yeah - and it works as long as he doesn't lose or fumble the cheat sheets he was given, cards written by others, btw.
As if other political figures don't use teleprompters and such ...
First, "calm" is a common trait of someone who's overcome stuttering and second, it's also a common trait of someone who's exerting great energy to keep their thoughts together.
So ... calm is not a good thing for you ?
The only thing being "altered" here is reality, and this post is an amazing apology for a man that doesn't even know where he is half the time.
That's just a meme from the right, which Biden wisely ignores ...

I actually don't claim he can't use language, he just seems to have some kind of mental fogs sometimes or don't remember stuff.
I just saw some videos 'no mucho trabajo' really.... But you imagine someone like Putin or Trump or other president doing this, it would be more than news on CNN thats for sure.
I actually haven't seen any other president mumbling and blabbling like this in my life, i am sure he knows a lot and he is smart to be president etc. But...

I quoted in post #16 what you said!
You quoted incorrectly.

Here is what I actually said (see post #12):

Totally irrelevant. I have never heard him stutter as an adult. Many people overcome stuttering by the time they reach adulthood. Democrats have only used this excuse as an attempt to downplay what isn't stuttering - his gaffes.

That was in response to another poster attempting to apologize for his stuttering by way of downplaying his gaffes. I never said he didn't stutter. I did say many people overcome their stuttering, but that wasn't the gist of the point and neither was it me saying he doesn't stutter. The point is his gaffes have precisely nothing to do with his stuttering.

Gaffes =/= stuttering. Stuttering =/= gaffes.

Make sense now?

Sheesh, maybe try not to be so hasty to judge others.

I didn't give him a prayer to even get into the WH in the first place ...

After they did manipulate his getting there, I honestly didn't give him 3 months ...
You were wrong in both of these assessments. Why should I trust your judgment further ?
But a better question is - who is actually running the country? Clearly, it's not Joe Biden. Who is, only a few people really know.
Another meme from the political right, which Biden wisely ignores ...

as former vice-President, he knew what he was looking for in VP & HE chose:

Biden Recalls He Picked Kamala Harris as His Running Mate on This Day One Year Ago
You do not truly believe he chose Kamala, come on man. Why would he choose the least liked one, that called him an old racist in the debates, and insinuated that he was a sexist and perhaps more? She used the Tara story good against him. She framed him as a racist regarding the bussing in the 60s. He was told who he had to appoint. He only ran in the first place because the crop was so poor, Kamala and other puppets would not be able to win over Bernie. He ran to save the party from the people.

post 16 shows your exact words! @Subdood
oh my goodness....
Look, you quoted what I said and tried to twist it to make it sound like I was saying his stuttering never happened, which is something I NEVER SAID.

Frankly, I could care less about his stuttering. I only addressed it to point out his stuttering has nothing to with his gaffes.

Good grief.

First of all, there is no such thing as free healthcare. We pay for it, a hidden tax taken before we get our paychecks. Most people are not awere of it, but it is 12,5% paid by employer, and 12,5% from employee. A formality that payroll deals with. Unless you run a business you do not know. And that does not cover it, so extra funding from other indirect taxes. And other EU countries have other rates, but along the line of 25-30% of a wage goes to healthcoverage costs.

I have not said anything about Bernie, apart from him being the clear winner in the primary, had not Biden joined, and all the rest candidates had pooled their delegatevotes and pledged them to Biden.. Bernie against DNC, in the DNC primary playing by DNCs rules. Forever a losing game. Since they have no rules.

There is nothing that is free that is supplied by any government. Anyone who has even the most basic understanding of how society works understands that. So that's not such a zinger as you might think it is. And yeah, we pay for it. 'We' being the tax payer. You and I.

And I don't know about you, but I prefer that my tax dollar is spent in ways that increases the well being of the society in which I live. Not necessarily my well being. But the whole of society.

So if that means that our tax goes to help people get health cover that they would otherwise not be able to afford (which means that they literally get it for free) then I'm a happy man.

You? Maybe not so happy.

I really don't see why so many people from the US are against free health care, i know that there if you don't have 'ensurance' you get some small injury and that can cost you a lot to get treated if i am right?, i know 'free' health care are supported by taxes, but the idea is that all people could have access to some kind of health coverage even when they are less fortunate, that seems human, christian, and rich people could still be on 'private' hospitals if they want like it happens on other places.

-----
How many people have died because they can't afford healthcare?

More than 26 000 Americans die each year because of lack of health insurance. Many more Americans die because of a lack of health insurance than previously thought, concludes a new state by state study by Families USA, a non-profit organisation that advocates health care for all Americans.

(I see you aren't from the US but ok.)

Well, Bernie is clueless about european funding of universal healthcoverage, and failed to make a budget for it when he ran in 2016. And his supporters are utterly clueless and think it really is free. So, therefore people reject it. I has an estimated cost of 3,2 trillions a year, on a budget that is 4 trillion, so a NOGO, it would crash the economy again. And that would cause suffering for americans, and the entire world, because the world economies would hurt in the process.

That is the issue, funding and honesty. And the other DNCers just hijacked the issue to steal bernies voters and just lie to get elected. Kamala even flipflopped from being against it, to be so in favour of it, that she said she would ban private insurance, so she ran on ending private heallthcare. They cannot vote for the clueless or habitual liars, too much at stake.

And do the math. Add 25% to your salery, and isolate that figure. Then look at the american affordable care act policies that people can choose. How can it work in reality, that americans are offered so much cheaper insurances to get covered, when they haver higher median incomes, and healthcare is so costly over there. And you pay much more in a country with public healthcare without profit? If you do, uruguay is a country I am not to familiar with. Apart from checking your immigrationlaws and your housing market 10 years ago. Since the west is going into the toilet, I was shopping for a new homecountry, Uruguay was one of the options.
