From THIS to THIS....

[The Narrow Way]

July 12th, as I was weeding the blueberries, I stumbled on to this little nest...with 4 little blue eggs. This afternoon, I went back to check on it, to see if the eggs had hatched...and here were these four little Baby Birds all asking me for some diner!

I was really thankful to see that they didn't make a peep...their mother must be young...she didn't build their nest in a very good place...just in a bush about a foot off the ground....so a snake or anything could come and easily get them.

Sunshinee777, I am so sad....I just went out to check on the birds and the nest is empty...they were way too young to fly..I'm sure something ate them. Makes me so look forward to Heaven where nothing, not even Baby Birds, will die...

oh no, im still hoping that they did walk away trying to find their mommy. Poor things. well this stuff happens in nature all the time I assume. Thanks for sharing this.
