These kinds of decisions are not based on fair. They are based on legal vs illegal. Right now, in Texas it is legal to fire anyone for any legal reason. Since vaccine status is not a protected class, it is legal to fire people for vaccine status (any vaccine) reasons.

And I forgot to mention, that I cannot think of a single thing that is "fair" about this pandemic. Is losing their jobs "fair"? No. Is allowing them to stay and risk the health and wellbeing of the patients "fair"? No.

Etc....... all the way back to December 2020.

Your own quote showed he lied. He said they were ineffective because there was not enough ppe to go around. He didn't want people getting PPE so that those he felt needed them could not get them. The vulnerable population has been vaccinated. Healthy younger adults, and Children are another matter. Do you want to experiment with people? What are the real stats concerning this group? Yet you say stuff like this?
