No, the unvaccinated are a health risk to themselves. You all just say it's ok for them to be fired if their Employer desires.

The state law says it is okay for them to be fired for any legal reason or without a reason given at all. Republican majority state equals fewer government oversights, means fewer regulations over businesses etc.....

An unvaccinated nurse/doctor/lab tech etc is also a risk to an already immune-compromised person in that hospital that cannot get the vaccine. That immune-compromised person can neither choose to not be in the hospital or to be vaccinated. They are at the mercy of the medical staff and hospital policies. If it were just about them being a risk to themselves, the hospital would not fire them most likely.

It certainly is a shame. But people like Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins have been presenting a consistent scientific and medical message across both the Trump and the Biden administrations. The facts have not really been at issue. It has been politicians who don't listen to the experts and their analysis of the facts.
