I wanted to write to you a 2nd (series) Thread that continues the topic and theme, and in this one, im going to micro detail the Devil's specific plan regarding his main purpose as found in the life of a True Believer.
I want to first tell you that when the Devil is truly targeting you, he will bring a new person into your life.
So, pay attention.

Now, its pretty obvious that Satan's intent for everyone is to cause them to end up in Hell.
That's Job #1, and he's perfected it.
However, once you are born again, and have become a part of God's Heavenly Spiritual Family, .. Satan can't lead you to hell, so, he has a different plan for you if you are born again, and not just water baptized thinking that the water washed your sins away.
It didnt.
See, the only thing that God offers to deal with your sin is HIMSELF as Christ on the Cross, shedding blood to deal with all your sin.
John 14:6

Now lets do a short study on how God saves a person.
Its like this.
For you to go to Heaven, you have to be as Righteous as God, as its only the righteous who exist there.
And the problem is, you have no way to become righteous.
You have sinned, so, that the final answer for you, unless God helps you.
So you have this to resolve, and you can't resolve it because you can't take care of that sin.
You can't get it off of you. You can't stop God's judgement against SIN.
So, you are in a serious situation, and you can't solve it, and if its not solved you are going to die and go to hell like a bullet, same as thousands did today.
There is Good news..... God has a final Solution. God has a eternal resolution.
Its This...
God took responsibility for all you sin.. So that you could be given His very RIGHTEOUSNESS.
And once you have it, then you have it, and that is why God can accept you, and bring you into His family, = born again.
How does God provide this for you?
He came here, lived a sinless life, and kept the law and commandments... He gained this, by doing it, because you didnt.
Then, He went to the Cross and took the judgement do the world for all SIN, upon Himself, and this resolved it and forgave all sin.
This is Christ on the Cross, dying. When this was completed, this death of God's body, and shedding of God's blood on the Cross for the sin of the world... this SALVATION....Jesus then said..>"IT is Finished".. The IT, is what God had accomplished that IS Salvation.
This Salvation, that God Himself earned, is offered as "The GIFT of Salvation".
Every person who will come to Jesus, and believe, is given this eternal GIFT.
This GIFT, is eternal, as this is GOD's Blood that is shed, not just man's.
Salvation is Eternal Life, and Eternal Life is not temporary.
Reader the "Gift" is the perfect sinless life that Jesus lived, is given to you, as if you lived it.
This is the "gift of Salvation".
This GIFT, is preached, as "the preaching of the Cross", and this message is the message of reconciliation.
It is God offering what He did on the Cross, to anyone who will hear the Gospel and "call on the name of Jesus, believing,".... or "as many as BELIEVE in Jesus.... He gives to you Eternal Life".
This is the gift of Himself, or "Christ IN You".
So, its by faith that you believe this GOSPEL, and its "faith comes by hearing", is how the Holy Spirit opens your inner understand to know this Truth, and receive it.
The very second you do, 2 things happen.
1.) God applies His shed blood to you, and that resolves all your sin, forever.
2.) Once the blood of God has taken care of your sin, then God's Holy Spirit gives you a New Birth of your Spirit and you are born again, by the Spirit of God, into God's Holy Spirit. You become "ONE with God, IN Christ". A "Son of God"
Now...
Notice who is on the Cross.
This is Jesus. And the best way to understand all of this, is to just recognize one thing.
Jesus Himself IS Salvation.
So, if you have Him in you, then you are born again, and you are going to heaven.

Now, i told you that i would expose the devil's purpose for you, if you are born again, in more detail, in this Thread.
It's true that if he can kill you, he will. And its true that if he can make you sick, he will.
If he can lead you into carnality, he will.
But that is not his priority, regarding you, if you are truly born again.
This is His priority.
Let's let Paul Explain it.
I'll use the KJV, and you might research these verses as you will, using several translations.
Look closely. Galatians 1:6-9
""" I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the GRACE of Christ unto >another gospel<: which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would =pervert the gospel of Christ.""
Notice carefully the main work of the Devil in the life of a born again Christian...
1. To remove you, from the real Gospel, unto another
2. by perverting the Gospel of Christ
See it?
That is the work of the Devil in the life of a born again Christian, if possible.
Why?
Because if Satan can corrupt and subvert and destroy your real faith in Christ, then he has you trapped by deception in wrong faith, and once you're there, your Christianity is ruined, because your faith is destroyed.
You will have no power. No ability to understand the word of God. You prayer life will be numb. Your ability to believe for your needs will be ZERO.
You will enter hardships and have no spiritual power to find rescue and resolution.
You will go to heaven, yet you will be neutered, spiritually, on earth, until you die.
So, see that?
That is the devil destroying your Christian life, simply by ruining your faith.
THAT is his PRIZE, His GOAL.
So, beware.
Now , notice next that Paul tells you how the DEVIL does this to to you..
Its Like this....
"WHO< has BEWITCHED you, that you should not OBEY THE TRUTH">.
Let me show you WHO does this... to you, if they can, and they will try.
2 Corinthians 11:14,15
1.) Satan comes as an angel of LIGHT
2.) and His ministers the ministers of RIGHTEOUS.
And you'll notice that they "transform"...INTO.
This means they FAKE IT. They PRETEND.
They LIE. They DECEIVE.
= "fake fruit"
What does this mean?
It means that the Devil's deceived, that he controls, will preach to you, "another gospel", Paul explains, and this one, has no "truth", yet it sound's true.
Its sounds good to your flesh, because it invites YOU to do it, vs trusting in Christ to do it FOR YOU.
Philippians 1:6
And what is this perverted Gospel that the Devil's "ministers' preach?
Its any that does not preach the Cross, and the Blood of Jesus, as the Grace of God as the ONLY WAY to Heaven.

This "another" gospel, would be the Gospel of Works. The Gospel of Law and Commandment keeping.
Its all "another" Gospel, because all these false Gospels reject Grace, and the Blood of God as the only way you go to Heaven.
All fake Gospels, try to get you to do something to try to save yourself or >keep yourself saved< instead of Trusting in Christ Alone who is THE Savior, who Himself is your SALVATION.
All "another" Gospels, replace Grace with : self effort, water baptism, good deeds, works, enduring, commandment keeping, law keeping, self effort.
If you look closely, you recognize that the entire demonic message is..
"do this" vs "trust in Christ alone", to go to heaven
See it?
You'll see it now, if you look.
Its everywhere.....the "another" gospel.
That is the subversion of your REAL Faith, and if the Devil can get you deceived by "another gospel", instead of believing the REAL One, that is God on the Cross offering you the GIFT of reconciliation, then he has destroyed your faith and blinded your mind.
Look at this next verse carefully.
See, there are 2 types of devil deceived people.
One is the unbelievers, and one is the believer whose faith has been subverted.
IN both cases, they become the same "faith", as all wrong faith, is trust in "another" gospel.
Even teaching that Jesus does not exist is "another" Gospel.
See, the unbelievers have no Light of the gospel in them, and the born again deceived HAD this light, but its been perverted and subverted into self saving "in the flesh", faith, that is broken, and has become dark.
The believer's wrong faith is dark,(no Light) because Satan's "ministers" have deceived them, which leaves their faith broken, deceived.
Its as if they believe NOT, because to believe wrong, is the exact same thing as not believing at all, yet they are still born again, while being "fallen from Grace".
These believers have been deceived by Satan's ministers, ...a person, group, or church, and the end result is a mind that is blinded to the true Gospel, that they once believed.
Paul defines these as "fallen from Grace", "bewitched"..."in the flesh".
" in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.""
The unbeliever, has this mind blindness, and does not believe at all.
The born again, has this demonic mind blindness, and now believes "not the Truth".
