My favorite part about this latest AV-hypothesis is that the people who actually WROTE the KJV (the "Secretaries") went out of their way to get the earliest known manuscripts of the Bible books they could find (meaning the greek and hebrew texts).

One wonders why they did this if it was originally written in Jacobean English.

I believe God created Adam & Eve.

They had to speak some language, and I believe that language was Jacobean English.

It's not rocket science here, guys.

Genesis 11:1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

Let's put this into perspective:

Genesis 11:1 And the whole earth [wrote and spoke Jacobean English].

This means Adam wrote Genesis 1 & 2 in Jacobean English, etc.

Then came the Tower of Babel incident, and Jacobean English was eliminated.

Moses, translated the book of Genesis into Hebrew, and did so with the help of the Holy Ghost, who simply gave him the ability to interpret tongues.

HOWEVER, since it was God's intent to write His last Translation in Jacobean English, this means that Jacobean English had to make a comeback.

And that's what it did ... it "morphed" (to use spar's word) back to us via the 'several Germanic and Celtic languages' mentioned in mmsparbud's post.

Except mmsparbud said 'prior to the tower of Babel,' when it was actually after the Tower of Babel.
