I just checked Amazon. The book listed is not there. Three other books by the same author are. They likely cover similar material.

The bakery is within its rights to refuse commerce based on their own taste. (Except based on intrinsic customer status, like race etc.)

They arent obliged to post rules or even have rules.

If you own a bookstore do you have to post rules explaining what books you will or wont carry? No. You just use your own discretion.
