One thing I don't understand about the creationist position

Except God didn't write anything. Men wrote the Bible, not God. So, as I said before, it's idolatry of the Bible to claim that the Bible is right and that God's actual creation is wrong.

I don't think the Pharisees called themselves Christians, falsely or or sincerely. Wasn't Paul the only ranking Jewish leader that God ever called? Nicodemus and some other Pharisees believed but I don't think they were called.

So, and this is not to try and trap but this is just more of a rhetorical question, with that fact in hand, we are left with two options. Either:
A: God's creation is right and it's the Biblical story that is wrong or,
B: Either the Bible is right and something is very wrong with God's creation.
Do you accept this as true for these two contradictory statements?

Not at all. I'm a Gap Theory believer, not a YEC. There is no conflict with the bible account and the apparent age of the earth.

I think he means that given the choice (as a Christian) between two incomprehensible theories regarding creation he is more comfortable with the bible account than with the scientific account.

That is like saying astrology and astronomy are
competing theories.
Zero evidence for astrology.
Zero theory.

"Creation" is not a theory either. Just for one,
nothing could disprove it.

To whom is ToE incomprehensible?'
And why should acceptance be a problem for an educated
Christian, any more than the age and size of the
