There is no surprise that the first part is never answered, as it is irrelevant, I do not and I think others do not know details about how evolution was working according to the claims about that, while certainly what unlimited God is doing would not be understood. That the process of the Creator creating all the cells with the genetic materials with the needed codes and the organelles together with all others in organized systems for living organisms is not understood is not basis to deny that, or the same basis would be enough to deny evolution, as the details of that are not understood either. This is all irrelevant.
What is relevant is whether God could create through evolution. God's unlimited power and ability to create would not be limited to not be able to do that. When I was younger and familiar with texts speaking of evolution as I was learning from education I was thinking of theistic evolution. Being a believer did come to create problems with that, as it would be basis to disbelieve other points of Christianity, and it remained that way until I was reading a material that was showing the basis of evolution was full of gaps, that involved assumptions to fill those in. So since then evolution remained in doubt for me, and I trusted things of God more.
But I check here just in case there are things I missed considering.
Why might it be ruled out? I can believe the world was created perfectly, with no problems, just like I can believe in Heaven, and there was the fall with human rebellion that brought in the curse, which then spreads through the world with ongoing rebellion and harm being done, so the world has been corrupted, with death being a great part of how things work now.
