Which brands do you like the most? I must be prepared

It's not the best, but it's good. I keep a bottle of Aberfeldy 12 year, single malt. It's tasty, to me. On the rocks. I probably buy a couple a year. I have a bottle of Oban 14 year that I keep for special occasions. Like tax day, haha.

The discussion about drinking in this thread today has made me realize how little I know about alcohol. Maybe that's because I usually just drink whatever someone plonks down in front of me and rarely buy it myself. Though I do buy beer and cider sometimes. Maybe I should drink more often. lol

I also get carded every time I buy it. Which is embarrassing, so I tend not to buy any partially for that reason.

These days I buy good stuff and moderate. Well, I say moderate. I'm just too old for hangovers so I just outgrew it, lol. Seriously, good stuff tastes better and is usually better for you.

If it's reached a stage where you're putting off knuckling down with work (personal stuff, like art) to walk around in a daze fantasising about him instead, then you're indulging it. It's on the same levels as witchcraft at that point.

It does get tiresome sometimes when it happens a lot. When I was in my early 20s people would regularly mistake me for a highschool student. I suppose as I get older it is nice though.

Most learn through stolen moments alone and with friends or as an adult. I allowed my daughter to taste growing up to minimize the forbidden effect.

In the sense that it's a force other than God or YOU influencing your behaviour. You shouldn't ever allow another human being to influence you to that extent.

I don't want to say too much, because I don't want to influence you either. With the internet being nothing more than a petri dish for insanity nowadays, I think it pays NOW more than ever to just sit in the woods and read the bible.
