I do believe that ballots have to be separated from their source. It is sort of in the Constitution. The vote is supposed to be anonymous. Once a ballot is accepted, and for a mail in ballot that would be based upon its signature, it has to be separated before it is counted.

Your complaint has no merit.

You don't need the ballots, or even have to view what the person ever voted for... it is quite simple. On the voter log at the poll.... John Smith is verified as registered, signed in and cast a ballot using booth #11295 @12:49PM @VFW (blah) polling district (blah) One ballot is produced.

All you need is that information and his signature to verify he did in fact vote. You cannot have more ballots than verified voters. Where did the extra ballots come from?

Some will contest the 'extras' are mail-ins... fine... where are the envelopes to be counted and verified against voting logs and registration?

No, not at all. As whoever originally penned ‘the emporer’s new clothes’ astutely points out, the number of people who believe a thing is no measure of its veracity.

I'm not sure I said things are based on the number of people which believe something, as in the populace. When I asked wouldn't it all depend on how hugh a thing you're talking about I'm talking about the suggested evidence itself of fraud. Is there an overwhelming amount of it yeah or nay.

What you are describing is the overturning of a legitimate election by sheer force of deception. The whole approach of Trump and his legal team is to create doubt and confusion by flinging around as much nonsense as possible.

Who is it that ultimately has to decide whether it's legitimate? Wouldn't that be the state legislatures? Let's keep in mind they've been chosen by the people to have the decision card on such a thing Not ordinary citizens for Trump or against, CNN or the media....not even members of Congress or Senate but the members of each state legislature. Am I not right at least legally in what I'm saying?

Starting to hear word that this is what the Pennsylvania legislature is signalling they're going to do. I suppose we'll see in the next day or so.

People vote, the largest number of voters wins the electoral college.

I will just say, that is an opinion piece you posted. It is just an individuals point of view or commentary.

The main issue is about delegated authority. It is the authority of the state legislator that others have been given permission to use. However, that authority still remains with the state legislators, and authority to act in their stead can be rescinded.

It is quite simple... others have authority over the election because the state legislator has given them permission to do so. All the state senate has to do is say no, and that is that.

Others are arguing the Legislature does citing Article Two of the Constitution.

They can decide according to the Constitution and they decided to enshrine in state law that they would go by the election results. Any judge less bias than Eric Trump is going to have a dim view of them trying to change that after an election in which they don’t like the results.

Do a deep dive into Dominion, and Eric Coomer and what Joe Oltmann has reported and get back to me on that. Uninformed comments and questions are just that...uninformed...or even more likely evidence ignored and censored.
Funny how these concerns weren’t concerns prior to November 3, 2020.
Huh.

Huh.

Funnier still is how people have been ignoring this for decades yet still cannot understand why a candidate won by running on a platform of tearing down this cabal. Drain the swamp? This is a rigged system?

You no longer get to mockingly ignore everything as it quietly goes away... this time, the people are watching what is being presented and realizing how much has been hidden for decades.

We knew about Venezuela, Spain, Smartmatic, etc... since 2006. No matter how smugly you attempt to discredit that... it doesn't go back into the bottle this time.

Then why didn’t the Trump Administration take Dominion to court before the election?

You need proof. His own 2020 reelection is that proof. The entire governmental cabal that has been involved in attempting to pull off a coup is involved with Dominion. Gotta catch em in the act.

But he didn’t win re-election in 2020. You might want to spend a little more time workshopping this in the Conspiracy Theory forum.

That's not going to cut it. The left is so comfortable at getting away with things, they are going at this like everything is 'situation normal'. There is far too much out for simple doublespeak, and denials to outweigh.

Right now is the point in time when the left needs to consider the right to remain silent, all they are doing is further incriminating themselves by their antics.
