Well, why not? They're still blaming Democrats for the Mueller investigation and the Senate investigation into foreign interference of the 2016 election.

Not having a reference to an affidavit is a big deal in a court filing. If this lawyer was representing me, I would be furious. It would lead me to wonder if they actually take the case seriously or are just doing it to con me out of money.

In other news, True the Vote is being sued by someone, Fred Eschelman, who donated $2.5 million after they dropped what suits they had filed and reneged on reporting how his money was spent.

Fred Eshelman sued Houston-based True the Vote Inc., which promised to “investigate, litigate and expose suspected illegal balloting ad fraud in the 2020 general election,” Bloomberg reported.

Ballots don't have signatures on them. Ballot envelopes (their containers) did when the ballots were removed if mail in and the poll books do if in person. After the ballot is collected for counting (removed from envelope or cast in person) they are no longer tied together. This is how secret balloting works. Welcome to the 20th century (late 19th century in Australia.)

But it could which is a problem still for the lawsuit to move forward. I think the defense attorneys are going to destroy this lawsuit on actual legal arguments since there is plenty there to go that route and the header is small yet problematic potatoes. Honestly, I doubt this is even going to get to defense attorneys since the judge may just toss it for being a waste of their time.

Correcting a layperson’s grammar on an online forum is generally unnecessary and rude. To submit a document with spelling, grammar, and formatting errors to a judge indicates sloppiness and lack of professionalism. It does raise the question about how serious she is.
