How are you going to work out your salvation in fear and trembling all by yourself, when we need qualified people to teach us what we need to think with?
This is for the believer who already believes. A person who believes already accepts the Lord Yeshua Christ who died on the cross, and believes that God raised him again on the third day.
A believer already believes, so their salvation based on their faith is theirs alone and it's a measure of faith that comes based on their own knowledge of what has been given to them by the word of faith, that increases a persons faith by what?
Hearing the word, and sharing the word. (Also reading the word but not everyone does that). They just hear it or get short bits that are fed in to their mouth, or that goes in to their ears.
This is for certain, not everyone teaches and or preaches the same way ; IE: Denominations, doctrines, and on and on and on. I try to keep it simple short and sweet to understand.
After they teach you what you need to think with is when you are able to do your own thinking to work out your salvation. You're not to be a psychic hotline with God always speaking to you directly. Why even have the Bible if that were the way?
Never claimed to be the voice of God. I addressed this above, people teach, but not everyone teaches the same way, cause their are hundreds of thousands of youtube videos with opinions and biased viewpoints that anyone can go see watch, be taught then go out and believe that what they are doing is the right thing because of what they have been taught and that is totally okay because of freedom.
No one is ever going to be the same, the only thing anyone will ever be the same in, will be their belief on the Lord Yeshua Christ who came, died, and was risen again by God.
There will be believers who still live in the flesh, and suffer.
There will be believers who try to live by the spirit as the flesh dies off, and still suffer.
Suffering is a given in the life of any Christian.
I will give you an example....
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.
It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and
to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age." Titus 2:11-12
Tell us by reading your Bible translation ... or any other translation... what those two verses speak of?
Salvation of the world (all people) came in and through the Lord Yeshua Christ he died for my sins, and your sins before we were even born or began to believe.
Addressing the scripture; by the spirit will people realize they need to in their own lives whenever it is realized that they will slowly over time if they keep going to God the world and it's ways will be come less and less, as they build up on the spirit and trusting God.
They can increase this faith by listening, hearing, reading the word. However being very liberal on this understanding God can work through experiences of humans, and humans can see what is help and useful to them, or not helpful or useful to them in their life by the spirit God gives by their faith.
What that faith looks like? There is a different measure given based on what they have learned and come to understand.
How does the grace of God teach us about those things? Will your translation let you know how its done?
grace and peace.....
Is it the grace of God that teaches us? Or is it the spirit inside of that teaches what a believer has learned and come to understand within themselves after they have heard the word of God and that faith is established in their hearts when they believed?
Hopefully my answers have given you some understanding to my own brain.
God bless, grace and peace to you and your family as well, thank you so much for the great questions.
