Instead of spreading the Word and love our Lord, you're spending time focusing on things that don't matter. God doesn't care if you wear makeup or play a video game. 80% of the stuff you just listed as offensive to God, God does not find offensive. It is good to spend time with God, and video games secular music, movies, etc can take up time that is better spent with God. But they are not satanic, God allows His people to use such things.

The devil is the hardest subject to understand in all of Christian theology, at least for me. Everything about him makes no sense at all that I too have to admit that I struggle trying to believe he exists or that Christianity is correct about the beliefs surrounding him. In fact, Jewish people believe he is still an angel in heaven whose role is to accuse as seen in Job, which makes more sense to me.

I guess I don't have much Biblical information on him that can bring the type of understanding that I would be comfortable with so i just dropped thinking about it.

You are right to an extent!! I am not asking God, I am asking YOU!! I AM ASKING WHY DO YOU THINK THIS IS? I DO read my Bible, ALL THE TIME, and my Free will allows me to ask any question to another mortal man. If you are not comfortable answering it, just say that! I don't know where you get the idea that ALL this stuff you mention, in itself, would send you to hell. God is loving and forgiving. There are things we are going to do that are not in His "perfect will", but those are not usually the things we need to REPENT of. A true Christian has The Holy Spirit residing within him or her and will know when God is urging that person to stop doing some particular thing. The Holy Spirit is gentle and will not put everything on you all at once. He will deal with the gravest sins first such as acting on the feelings of being a homosexual, adultery in marriage, taking God's name in vain, theft, murder, bullying, and many other obvious, grave sins. He will forgive ANY sin including murder if you sincerely repent of that sin and call on the name of Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross. With some sins, you will still pay the consequences here on earth, but God erases that sin from your record and no longer remembers it. That is the GOOD NEWS! As for why God created us, possibly knowing we were going to sin, only He can answer that. We don't have to worry about knowing the answer to that question but we can have peace if we have made Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and if we are always in "repentance mode", that is doing all we can to avoid sin but repenting when we fail. We WILL sin but we have the Holy Spirit to help us eliminate MOST sins. If you are BORN AGAIN, you will no longer want to sin against God even though from time to time your flesh wins over your spirit. The church today is failing to teach REPENTANCE! You cannot claim to be BORN AGAIN if you ignore The Holy Spirit and and do not practice REPENTANCE of those sins that sneak up on you. I am born again and I know immediately when I have sinned and I repent of that sin and ask forgiveness in the name of Jesus. That is the gospel and it is a loving, caring God who gives us that opportunity!
