Come now. It is pretty clear with the addition of "as", it means "like" as other translations attest to. Isaiah [not Isiah] was prophesying about the blindness of the Israelites ----similar to what is happening now.

It tells me that many people have read this passage and were inspired to read the Book of Mormon. Many of those who who did read the Book of Mormon have concluded that it is true and have joined Christ's true church, The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

Isaiah had a vision of the book, the BOM coming forth. A marvelous work and a wonder for the people to become closer to Jesus Christ.

And now with the Bible, the BOM is a second witness to Jesus Christ, which provides more evidence for the existence and mission of Jesus Christ. 2 witness, not just 1 is better.

You figure out where you went wrong.
The text reads

NKJV says it thusly:

Isaiah 29:11
The whole vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed,


If you just merely want to assume it says what it does not-----by all means ASSUME and go on studying a book that is filled with nonsense.

And you assume that Bible is not sufficient.

But assumptions are not going to get you into heaven.

I have yet to see one false scripture written in the Book of Mormon or any conclusive evidence that proves The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is false. People have been trying to prove it wrong for years, but they can't. Has everyone run out of ammo?

what do you mean was a false prophet? He either is a false prophet who started the Church you belong to now or he isn't a false prophet.



and that "train left the station a long time ago" as to whether he is a false prophet.

We follow Moses and Isaiah as God's prophets [for instance] in their writings from God---who lived many Centuries ago.
