I choose to believe God and his word. I have prayed for this corona virus to end, and I believe it will be ended today.

I sent the following to my local politician as a record of prayer.

The Word of God is truth. Jesus said in His word:


Mar 11:23-24 Truly I say to you, Whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and be put into the sea; and has no doubt in his heart, but has faith that what he says will come about, he will have his desire. For this reason I say to you, Whatever you make a request for in prayer, have faith that it has been given to you, and you will have it.


At the moment we are beset by a mountain, of immovable sickness.


But I choose to believe God, and His word that if we will pray that it be moved it will move.


For this reason, I pray from this second on that the Corona Virus, will be no more. That each person who is currently sick will be made well, by the power of Jesus name.


I send this to you as a record of this prayer.

May I ask you your opinio of the Christians who served the sick and died nursing those with the plague in ancient Rome.
Then there is ebola, why weren't Christians praying for it to end?

Two examples out of many pandemics where God let it run its course.

I really don't get why it's so important to you that other people have written records of you praying?

The bible says go in "Jesus name, lay hands on the sick and they will recover" ... with out acknowledging Jesus name there is no power in prayer for the sick. That is why it is important.

I don't wish to offend you, but it is a day later and it hasn't ended.

Should that stop me from trying? God's will must then be other wise, in this case. In fact it is interesting that while I was praying a few weeks before the corona virus invaded our land, a vision came to me of God invading the land with a curse for its sin of homosexuality. So maybe he will not answer till his anger is poured out.

I am believing and agreeing with you, excepting the date setting. We must be careful about putting dates on God's work.

History clearly demonstrates that entire societies --composed of believers and non-believers--benefit greatly from the activity of the saints of God as the Church believes, stands in the gap, and exorcises its God-given authority over the elements of the world. A relatively few believers can and do make a great impact on and in the nations.

Stay encouraged.

The Church is the light and the salt of the earth (Mat 5:13-14 ).

Salt preserves.
Salt make something more desirable.
Salt is a vital nutrient and thus nourishes.
Salt affects the entirety of that to which it is applied.

We must do our duty as salt and light and vote and pray for the nations. No true good will come forth in society unless God brings it forth through His people, largely by means of prayer.

(Matthew 9:38; 1 Timothy 2:1-2; Jeremiah 29:7; Psalms 119:130;107).

I really don't get why it's so important to you that other people have written records of you praying?

Well, I can think of at least two reasons for doing so:

1) to let other people (including politicians) know there is one more Christian who apparently has a decent understanding of what it means to be the salt and light of the earth.

2) to encourage other Christians with like understanding to continue on in their like prayers.
