That is an absolute falsehood! You owe us an apology!
You are claiming that we are not saved!
Interesting to note that the CFs consider Annihilationism just as unorthodox as Universalism. See list below.

There it is again. Uncalled for.
Apology accepted. We forgive you.OK----As usual, nothing new---same old fiction. So will leave this conversation and unwatch this thread. You've never proved your point. And have never been able to prove that anyone comes out of the lake of fire unto eternal life with Christ.
How exactly does the salted fire cleanse a person or change their heart, by magic? We aren't claiming it is torture. We'll leave that to the Damnationists.
Jesus did say we will all be salted with fire. That's everyone.
Granted, we don't have a lot to go on.
Mark 9:45-49 ESV
And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. 47 And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, 48 ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ 49 For everyone will be salted with fire.
How exactly does the salted fire cleanse a person or change their heart, by magic?
I think it is figurative. But I suppose it works like a refiner's fire for purifying precious metals. The dross comes to the top and is removed. Not particularly enjoyable. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Like when you got saved in the first place. - lolHow exactly does the salted fire cleanse a person or change their heart, by magic?
Good grief ! !
Noah was a preacher of righteousness. The net result of his preaching = zero. The risen Christ preaching to the dead = 100% success!.
“Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached to the spirits in prison; which once were disobedient, when once the long suffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was in preparation, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water… for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.”
Thanks. That proves that salvation can come after death.
Bad Ideas 05: God Tortures People Forever (Part 2) It's Hell Week Part Deux! "So why would I ever trust in a God who tortures people forever?" In this sermon we look at some practical responses to that common question. Plus we dive deeper into understanding more about Conditionalism and Restorationalism.
That's the party line. (the unbiblical workaround)The dead whom Jesus preached to were already saved!
Not a problem. You overlooked Part 01Once again, a lack of taking in the whole counsel of God will lead preachers to all sorts of heresy!
That's the party line. (the unbiblical workaround)
We are told who it was that Jesus preached to. "... to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah..." AND... "In it..." (the ark) "... only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water"
Yet you claim they were already saved? (the unbiblical workaround)
1 Peter 3:18-20
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. 19 After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits— 20 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water,
There is biblical support for all three views of the final judgment. You ignore the counsel fo the Word and draw faulty conclusions.
Not a problem. You overlooked Part 01
Here you go.
Bad Ideas 04: God Tortures People Forever This week, part one of two on Hell. We examine the traditional view and expose some weaknesses.
If it happened once, what's to say it will not happen again? Jesus sees the connection.Let us assume you are right (which I don't)
Then all you have proven is that biblically there was only one chance at salvation after death, only those who were disobedient during the 120 years Noah was building the ark!
NO where else does the bible say that there is preaching to the dead and they have a chance to be saved after death!
That would be most gracious of you, thanks. When I can make time to listen to another preacher denouncing clear teaching, I will listen to HIm and expose his false teachings.
When I can make time to listen to another preacher denouncing clear teaching...
