I Need Help From Those Who Are Fluent In Hebrew

I don't want this thread to turn into a scripture battle. I don't want it to turn into a dietary discussion. This thread was created solely to gain an objective understanding of this verse from a linguistic standpoint.
If you are not qualified to provide such information either, from education, or native understanding; please observe, or seek knowledge, from those who are qualified.

I've been studying Hebrew for a few years now; but I'm far from fluent.

I generally rely on the free CLV version (Clear Literal Version) of Scripture4all to do my studies of scripture. I've found it to be the best translation I can find, so far. I appreciate that it makes use of the Critical Text, in this translation. All in all, I think that they did a very good job with this translation.

Now, my dilemma:

(CLV) Gn 9:3
Every moving animal that is alive, shall be yours for food; as with the green herbage, I give to you everything.

How can this be?

Here is, supposedly, the Hebrew original script, from left to right.

את כל יִהְיֶה לְאָכְלָה כְּיֶרֶק עֵשֶׂב נָתַתִּי לָכֶם כָּל רֶמֶשׂ אֲשֶׁר הוּא חַי לָכֶם

Here are the CLV translations word for word.

to·you living he which moving (animal) every-of to·you I-give herbage as·green for·food he-is-becoming all

Now it appears that the word "animal" was added by the translator. If that word hadn't been added by the translator; it would seem that this verse might be saying:

"To you who lives, he which moves, I give green herbage for food. He is becoming all?"

So I looked up each word with Google Hebrew translator. Here's what I get:

Can someone give me a clear explanation of how to correctly translate this verse; and explain why the explanation, you will give, is the correct explanation?

Update: I put the whole Hebrew sentence, as a whole, as I have it written, from left to right, into Google Translate; and here is what I get:

All you have to eat is a vegetable weed you have every day you live

The Hebrew scholars in 300 BC commissioned to translate the Hebrew into Greek translated it thus:

3 καὶ πᾶν ἑρπετόν, ὅ ἐστι ζῶν, ὑμῖν ἔσται εἰς βρῶσιν· ὡς λάχανα χόρτου δέδωκα ὑμῖν τὰ πάντα.

And every reptile (herpaton), which is living, to you will be food, as herbs growing I have given to you all.

Now those were the finest Hebrew scholars that could be found in Jerusalem and they specifically noted unclean animals there in that passage. That ought to settle this once for all.

It's my favorite translation for Hebrew--just posting without comment--as I am not fluent in Hebrew by any means. I also posted verse 4 as they do go together.

3 ALL (כָּל / kol) TREADER (רֶמֶשׂ / re'mes) WHICH (אֲשֶׁר / a'sher) HE (הוּא / hu) LIVING (חַי / hhai) to~~you(mp) (לָכֶם / la'khem) he~will~EXIST(V) (יִהְיֶה / yih'yeh) to~FOOD (לְאָכְלָה / lê'akh'lah) like~GREEN (כְּיֶרֶק / kê'ye'req) HERB (עֵשֶׂב / ey'sev) I~did~GIVE(V) (נָתַתִּי / na'ta'ti) to~~you(mp) (לָכֶם / la'khem) AT (אֶת / et) ALL (כֹּל / kol)

RMT: All the treaders which are living will exist for you for food, like all the green herbs I gave to you.

With focus on the hebrew which is both colored and bolded.
Not only does each consonant letter have a relation to the other consonant forms.
There is a hidden timeless form where vowels are counted..
Once a son or daughter decides to explore the terrain of Torah they will find 5 vowels in relation to fruits of trees and yrs.
The use of the word green itself points to vowels that are above each important consonant.
A chai of The Living Word that is only hidden if one were not to seek the mezuzah of the third day.

Look closer at the numerical value given the color green and you will be pointed to the 3 shin with vowel points above the consonant that are likened to 9 fruits along with the number of lamed given as chai.

It might be of note WHO commissioned them. The Greek generals who served under Alexander, who actually requested the translation in the first place. He died before it was started.

also noteworthy - the dietary restrictions did NOT apply to the gentiles. That may have influenced the word choice in the LXX translation.

Why would that influence the translators?
