At the risk of death-gripping my pearls, I'm gonna say it: people in a position of influence and respect talking about how other people should be assaulted is harmful to our society.

Harm is being done by Rodney Howard-Browne and whoever agrees with him that Jesus would have acted by the credo “Liars and snitches get black eyes and stitches.”

The people being harmed are the one’s who will see that Christ and want nothing to do with him. The insanity is a stumbling block for people to come to faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior because this Jesus doesn’t sound kind nor loving though he does sound like he could get a job in your local mob.

I know it’s an old fashioned view because Christianity these days isn’t about turning people to Christ. It is about amassing political power.
