There's no clear definition as to what it means to be in love, each with its own fantasy stories/feelings as to why they think they are in love. However, either one loves naturally or romantically, speaking the truth is an integral part to ones claim to love/loving. Also, its a weapon/defence.

"Thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself" but Jesus renewed this with an addition "as I have loved you." thereby making it a new commandment.

The probing question here is, do I love you as Christ loved me, naturally or romantically?
If one speaks the truth in respect to the scriptures, then no need to worry. Sadly, envy and the strife for supremacy as led the individual christian and denominations to pull each other down by any means necessary, worst than than the crab mentality. This is not how Christ said we will be known as his disciples.
(Lev 19:18; Jn 13:34-35; Gal 6: 7-8; Ephe 4:15; 6:14a)

There is nothing romantic in the way Jesus Loves us.
His Love is brutally practical, in that it is intended to bring us close to God.

How do you thing the "All things work together for Good" actually means. That "good" has nothing to do with making our life 'nice' and everything with making us trust in God.

Being practically is speaking the truth at all times
Marriage is used either as a metaphor or to describe the relationship between Christ and the church, which is His body. Ephesians 5: 23 -33 (emphasis on 32)

Are you suggesting that relationship conducted in the fear of God prior to marriage and subsequently in marriage are not romantic? You seem to miss the point I am making, which is, speaking the truth at all times regardless of the relationship one is into is an integral part in anyone's claim of love/loving. I gave scriptures to support my argument. Did you read them?

No I am not suggesting I am saying that God's love for us and our love for God is not a ,romantic, love.
God's love is a practical love that meets our needs, not necessarily our wants.
