No matter what happens as the Ukraine investigation continues Democrats will write several articles of impeachment - not only for the July 25 phone call, but everything else Donald Trump has done that is clearly illegal. More evidence is coming soon. If the proof has not already been found yet, no doubt it will be. I would be happy to copy and paste the U.S. Constitution impeachment clause and "powers of the president" in Article 2 if necessary, but you all should know by now bribery, obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and using foreign leaders for political gain are crimes. It would not surprise me one bit if Trump also lies under oath during the Senate trial, which most likely is going to happen.

Obstruction at least is for sure. The House has already said that they consider ordering witnesses not to testify to be obstruction of justice and the White House has done that more times than I can remember off the top of my head.

What are emoluments?

Fees or payments, or something of the sorts. In the context of impeachment, it's the money that foreign governments have been spending at Trump's hotels, and thus lining his pockets, in order to influence government policy.

The Constitution expressly forbids payments or gifts from foreign states without the permission of Congress, so theoretically the House can add that to the pile.
