  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am not normally one to send messages about video games, but I found a game that is very interesting. It is called Space Engine. It is game that is a full-scale simulation of the entire universe, complete with stars, planets, galaxies, nebulae, black holes, and all kinds of other phenomenon in space. This perfectly simulates God's creation! I fired it up the other day and I was blown away by the sheer size of it! Billions and billions of stars inside galaxies with planets surrounding them and there are trillions of galaxies in the game! I posted a picture from the game below, each little dot is a star that you can click on and zoom into and see up close, and many of them have planets orbiting them! The sheer size of God's creation is incomprehensible and it is accurately modeled in this game!
