To change your mind about your disobedience and begin to obey...
Humble yoyrself and ask.forgivness.
Then continue to obey...
Get baptised in water for the remission of sin.
Recieve the Holy Spirit...
Go on to learn to walk in this new life of obedience...

Its pretty plainly written in scripture

Thing is you can't do that when you are dead in your sins and trespasses.
read eph 2.....God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved

Nor does fall away mean loss of salvation. Everytime you sin you fall away. Sin a lot and you fall furhter away. You're sin after salvation can't steal you from Christ hand.

We meet him on his condition
He forgives.. We then learn to live in him .

If a person goes back and continues to serve Sin ..they are not IN CHRIST..
They will not be saved at his coming.

The conditions God has placed upon His free gift of salvation are:
belief John 8:24
repentance Luke 13:3
confession Matthew 10:32-33
baptism Mark 16"16
live faithfully unto death Revelation 2:10

Again, these things earn nothing but necessary conditions God has placed upon His free gift.

Men achieves them by choosing to do them. In Acts 2, God commanded men to repent and be baptized and those that chose to obey these conditions God places upon his free gift of remission of sins had their sins remitted.

The beart is opened to hear by the hearing of the Gospel...
But the choice to responde obediently to the instructions of the Good news remain the choice of the hearer

Wrong. God chooses you..you don't choose Jesus. John 6:65 tells us the Father gives us the ability to come to Jesus.

Here's the question, if you choose Jesus what is that choice based upon? Is it based upon your life events?

Yes, and the Lord opens men's heart, including Lydia, by His word. Those in Acts 2 had the word of God preached to them and that word pricked them in their heart in seeing they were lost in their sins prompting them to ask "what must we do"?

The opening of man's heart is again done by the word of God and not in any miraculous, unconditional capricious way apart from the word. You quote Acts 16:4 that says "one who HEARD US was a woman named Lydia" Lydia HEARD the word of God as proclaimed by Paul and God opened her heart by that word.

Baptism is a form (Romans 6:17-18) of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ... those in Rome "obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine'.
Baptism is also the means God has chosen to save men. Ephesians 4:4-5 Paul mentions 7 "ones" and when he says "one baptism" he means there is just one way, one means of salvation. The idea that some men have that we are going to heaven just taking "different routes" is false and purely man made.

There are many chaprers in which it is explained.. But you have to read past selective sentances.

If by "salvation by works" you mean one is trying to earn the free gift of salvation, then that is a straw man.

A free gift cannot be earned, but one must meet the conditions God has placed upon His free gift and meeting the conditions do not earn the free gift.

If meeting the conditions involves works in order to get saved, that is by definition salvation-by-works. And this is another thing about Salvation-by-Works Christians - misleading comments.

Yes, crown of life is the same as eternal life. James 1:12; 1 Peter 5:4.

Are you implying a Christian can become and die UNfaithful and still be saved?

John 3:16 says nothing about repentance but that does not mean the impenitent will be saved. One needs to read "all the counsel of God" not just one verse in order to know all that is necessary to being saved.
