CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Platinum Label is very quaffable. A bit like Black Label where it has that smoky hue, without being OTT. Swing is in a oddly shaped bottle (from what I remember, it's been years) and BIG on the sherry.
If you have an M&S near you, look out for a whisky by Compass Box called "Spice Tree" - it's epic.
By the way, I've been showing off on Instagram and posting my cigar smoking skills... (Excuse the dirty nails, I had just calved a cow about an hour before...

Please keep praying for Eso, everyone. She is having a bad time with worries about blaspheming God and such, again, in the midst of getting counselling. The counselor asked her to write down some of the thoughts she was having, and now she feels guilty for doing so, as though she actually blasphemes God just for writing down what thoughts have tormented her in an attempt to heal from them through therapy. I think God knows better than that, to say the least, but it's hard to convince someone of anything speaking of redemption and forgiveness when he or she is plagued with feelings of condemnation.
*sigh* ... Just like the doubting disease I had. God have mercy on her; she's just a kid for crying out loud.

OMM: Thank God for every "NO" and every closed door. Even the no or the closed door is God's loving mercy, it is cover in love. We might not always understand and yes sometimes the hurt may be sharp but often it is God protecting us.
