Actually, to anyone who is not totally prejudiced by false doctrine, It is completely obvious that what Romans 9:6-8 actually teaches is that only that portion of the physical children of Israel who share the faith of their father Abraham are counted as the seed. Only two verses earlier the Holy Spirit had led Paul to clearly define who he was speaking of. We believe God the Father when He declares that, under His New Will and Testament, the only Will and Testament in legal force and effect in spiritual law; His Son is the complete Fulfillment, and the sole Heir, of all of His Father's promises and bequests.
