  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The only way to salvation *is* through Jesus.

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:38-39

The teaching that you will lose your salvation based on which day you decide to go to church is FALSE teaching.

We should indeed be worshiping God EVERY day, not because we are threatened into it, but because we love him and want to be with him and put him first in our lives.

"The Faith Explained" -- Catholic Commentary on the Baltimore Catechism

"nothing is said in the bible about the change of the Lord's day from Saturday to Sunday..that is why we find so illogical the attitude of many non-Catholic who say they will believe nothing unless they can find it in the bible and yet will continue to keep Sunday as the Lord's day on the say-so of the Catholic church"
============================================
"the saints KEEP the Commandments of God AND their faith in Jesus " Rev 14:12

"this IS the LOVE of God that we KEEP His Commandments" 1 John 5:2-3
"what matters is KEEPING the Commandments of God" 1 Cor 7:19
"sin IS transgression of the LAW" 1 John 3:4 -- even in the NT

Under the New Covenant the LAW of God is "written on the heart" Hebrews 8:6-10 not - dismissed and ignored.

And I think we all knew that.

Hello bekkilyn, some comments for your consideration below.
I asked for a "yes" or "no" and you're unable to provide it.

Now bekkilyn, that has now truth in it whatsoever and you know it. Your question was from post # 547 linked, where you said;
Then answer with "yes" or "no" to the following: Are Christians (those who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior) saved if they do not observe a seventh day sabbath?
A simple "yes" or "no" will do in order not to obscure the answer.

This was answered in post #554 linked, with a question provided with God's WORD to help you find the answer. Which said.
"Here you go I will anwer your question with a question and also help you answer it with God's WORD. Is someone who is professing to be a Christian but living a life on KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN in a SAVED STATE BEFORE GOD or an UNSAVED STATE BEFORE God? (Hebrews 10:26-27; Act 17:30-31; 1 John 2:3-4; 1 John 3:3-10)"

Now why did I answer your question with a question and provide God's WORD to help you find the answer? To point you to God's WORD which answers your question.

God's WORD says in the scripture provided that NONE who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will enter into God's KINGDOM. If we break ANY of God's 10 Commandments we commit sin (James 2:11). God's 4th Commandment is one of the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:8-11). It also says that if someone does not know something is sin (UNKNOWN SIN) then they are not held accountable to it until they know it is sin.

Let's look at the scriptures you ignored...

DOES GOD HOLD AS ACCOUNTABLE TO SIN WE DO NOT KNOW IS SIN?

ACTS 17:30-31 [30], And the TIMES OF IGNORANCE GOD WINKED AT; BUT NOW [When a KNOWLEDGE of the truth comes] COMMANDS ALL MEN EVERYWHERE TO REPENT: [31], Because he has appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead.

JAMES 4:17 [17] THEREFORE TO HIM THAT KNOWS TO DO GOOD, AND DOES IT NOT, TO HIM IT IS SIN

Yep God's WORD is pretty clear here if someone is doing something they do not know is sin God does not hold them accountable until they KNOW it is sin.

...................

IS SOMEONE LIVING A LIFE OF KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN IN A SAVED STATE WITH GOD?

HEBREWS 10:26-27 [26], FOR IF WE SIN AFTER THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, THERE REMAINS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS
[27], But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Why? because by continuing in sin you have rejected the free GIFT of God's GRACE and for repentance for forgiveness

God's WORD says those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN are not in a saved state before God and unless they repent and seek God in forgiveness will be lost.

(More supporting scripture? Please read; Hebrews 6:4-8; 1 John 2:3-4; 1 John 3:3-10)

So your statement above that your question was not answered bekkilyn, has no truth in it. You simply choose to ignore God's WORD that disagrees with you.

Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.
just as you were unable to provide a *specific* verse in the NT that commanded believers to observe a 7th day sabbath. Anytime you are asked a simple, direct question, you deflect because you either cannot directly support your claims or you do not want to provide the answer because you don't want to clearly state it.

Now bekkilyn, that has now truth in it whatsoever and you know it.

Why would Jesus and the Apostles in the NEW TESTAMENT scriptures teach us the proper way on how to keep the Sabbath if it was no longer a requirement?

SCRIPTURE SUPPORT HERE CLICK ME.

Why did Jesus and the Apostles obey God's 4th Commandment Sabbath along with all the other 10 Commandments and taught them in the NEW TESTAMENT if they are no longer a requirement?

SCRIPTURE SUPPORT HERE CLICK ME.

Why would we need to be commanded again in the NEW TESTAMENT to obey God's 10 Commandments including God's 4th Commandment when God had already given the 10 commandments and personally speaking them to his people and writing them on stone with his own finger when God's people already had them and were already following them and Jesus and all the Apostles were already teaching them in the NEW TESTAMENT?

SCRIPTURE SUPPORT HERE CLICK ME.

.......................

GOD’S SABBATH IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

You cannot disregard the OLD Testament scriptures that are the foundation of the NEW Testament. The NEW Testament is built on the Old Testament and together they are the Word of God which gives instruction to follow God

.......................

Everything in the NEW Testament builds on instruction already provided in the OLD Testament scriptures from Exodus 20:8-11.

In the NEW TESTAMENT building on the OLD the scriptures teach that.....

1. Jesus taught that it is lawful to do GOOD on the Sabbath? (Matt 12:1-8; 10-12; 24:20; Mark 3:1-5; Luke 6:1-10; 13:14-16; 14:1-5; John 7:22-23; 9:14; Mark 1:21; Mark 6:2; Luke 4:16; 31; Luke 14:1; 23:56)

2. Jesus taught that God's Sabbath was made for mankind and not man for the Sabbath rebuking the tradtions of the Jew in regards to their traditions and interpretation around Sabbath keeping? (Mark 2:27-28; Matthew 12:8)

3. Jesus taught that he was the maker and creator of the Sabbath and the God of creation? (Hebrews 1:2; John 1:1-3; 14; Ephesians 3:9; Colossians 1:16-17; Mark 2:27)

4. Jesus is our example who kept the Sabbath as well as all those who followed him (Matt 12:1-8; 10-12; 24:20; Mark 3:1-5; Luke 6:1-10; 13:14-16; 14:1-5; John 7:22-23; 9:14; Mark 1:21; Mark 6:2; Luke 4:16; 31; Luke 14:1; 23:56; John 2:6; Matt 16:24; Acts 13:14; 13:27; 13:44; 15:21; 16:13; 17:2; 18:4; Rev 1:10)

5. Jesus taught that anyone who breaks God's Commandments and teaches others to do so will not enter God's Kingdom? (Matt 5:19)

6. Jesus taught that not a jot or tittle will pass from God's LAW until heaven and earth pass away? (Matthew 5:18)

7. Jesus taught that on the two great commandments of LOVE to GOD and MAN hang ALL the LAW and the prophets (Matthew 22:36-40)

8.
Paul warns us that those who do NOT believe and follow GOD do not enter into God's Sabbath rest because of their SINS and UNBELIEF (Hebrews 3-4)

9. Jesus, Paul, James, John and Peter taught there is 10 Commandments including the Sabbath and not 9 commandments and if you break one of God's Commandments you stand guilty before God of breaking all of them (James 2:8-12).

10. Timothy teaches that ALL SCRIPTURE (OLD AND NEW Testament) is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16)

Why would Jesus and the Apostles give us further instruction in relation to Sabbath keeping building on the OLD TESTAMENET scriptures if we no longer need to keep it? (Point 1, 2, 3, 6)

SIN is the transgression or breakin gof God's Commandments (Romans 7:7; James 2:8-12; 1 John 3:4)

Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

.......................

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

Sorry bekkilyn, it seems God's WORD disagrees with you.

The only false teaching here is the one that turns people away from God's WORD to follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.

May God help you as you seek him through his Word.

As far as unrepentant sin goes, we are all chock full of unrepentant sin...all of us.

1 JOHN 1:8-10 [8], If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

All of us without Jesus are sinners and all we can do without Jesus is sin because we have a sinfaul human nature. ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God there is none righteous no not one (Romans 3:23; Romans 3:10)

[9], If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to CLEANSE US from all unrighteousness [sin].

God's promise of forgiveness and CLEANSING from SIN.

[10], If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

If we say we have not sinned is past tense not future...

...............

If we do sin in the future we have an advocate...

1 JOHN 2:1-4 [1], My little children, these things write I to you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

It is not God's desire for us to sin once we come to him in FAITH...

HOW DO WE KNOW THAT WE ARE FOLLOWING AND KNOW GOD?

[3], And HEREBY WE DO KNOW THAT WE KNOW HIM, IF WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS. [4], HE THAT SAYS I KNOW HIM AND DOES NOT KEEP HIM COMMANDMENTS IS A LIAR AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN HIM .

Yep God's people keep ALL of God's Commandments. Those that are breaking them or KNOWINGLY CONTINUING IN SIN Do not KNOW him and are lying if they say they do.

...............

DO GOD'S CHILDREN PRACTICE SIN?

1 JOHN 3:3-10
[3], And EVERY MAN THAT HAS THIS HOPE PURIFIES HIMSELF EVEN AS HE IS PURE .
[4], WHOSOEVER COMMITS SIN TRANSGRESSES ALSO THE LAW: FOR SIN IS TRANSGRESSION OF GOD'S LAW.
[5], And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and IN HIM IS NO SIN.
[6], WHOEVER ABIDES IN HIM SINS NOT: WHOEVER SINS HAS NOT SEEN HIM, NEITHER KNOWS HIM [links to 1 JOHN 2:3-4].
[7], LITTLE CHILDREN, LET KNOW MAN DECIEVE YOU; HE THAT DOES RIGHTEOUSNESS IS RIGHTEOUS EVEN AS HE IS RIGHTEOUS.
[8], HE THAT COMMITS SIN IS OF THE DEVIL; for the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
[9], WHOSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD DOES NOT COMMIT SIN; for his seed remains in him: and HE CANNOT SIN BECAUSE HE IS BORN OF GOD. [The SEED is the Word of God; Luke 8:11]
[10], IN THIS THE CHILDREN OF GOD AND THE CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL ARE MANIFEST; In whoever does not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loves not his brother.

Yep God's Children are those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. THOSE who break God's Commandments are not God's Children they are the Children of the Devil and do not KNOW God.

...............

THOSE WHO CONTINUE IN KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN DO NOT ENTER GOD'S KINGDOM

HEBREWS 10:26-27 [26], FOR IF WE SIN AFTER THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, THERE REMAINS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS [27], But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

...............

WHO ARE GOD'S PEOPLE WHO ENTER GOD'S KINGDOM?

REVELATION 14:12 [12] HERE IS THE PATIENCE OF THE SAINTS [God's people]; HERE ARE THEY WHO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, and the faith of Jesus

Yep God's people keep ALL the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus.

REVELATION 22:14 [14], BLESSED ARE THEY WHO DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, THAT THEY MAY HAVE RIGHT TO THE TREE OF LIFE, AND MAY ENTER IN THROUGH THE GATES INTO THE CITY.

Yep those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN do not enter into God's KINGDOM.

...............

Sorry bekkilyn, seems God's WORD disagrees with you.

If you are continuing in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN you have not been Born again and need to seek Jesus in repentance and forgiveness through his Word.

May God help you as you seek him through his Word.

Yes, we can regularly ask for our sins to be forgiven, but we often and regularly sin without even knowing it simply by participating in daily life in our culture. We sin just by driving to the grocery store due to the harm it does to the earth and the harm that has been done to people due to things such as unjust employment practices in 3rd world countries, destruction caused to many places due to greed for oil, and other related things that we almost never even think about when we hop in the car to go somewhere.

That has no truth in it whatsoever bekkilyn. God's WORD says we are only held accountable to what we know is sin not what we do not know is sin...

That's just one small example and it's because we live in a world completely corrupted by sin and we are also full of it no matter what we do by our own efforts to cleanse ourselves. It's another reason why salvation by works and law can't help us. So we had better hope that we can be saved even if we have unrepentant sin! (Fortunately, through Jesus' free gift of *grace* we *are* saved (and were saved, and are being saved) for any who choose to accept him and allow the Holy Spirit to take over and make us righteous because *he* is righteous. (Not because we are *ever* righteous on our own.)

NO matter how much you want to spin it with your own words. NO ONE is saved by works and no one has said to you that we are saved by works or anything that we can do in our own strength.

We are all saved by GRACE through FAITH in God's WORD and not of ourselves it is a GIFT of GOD and not of works lest anyman should boast (Ephesians 2:8).

What you are missing is the POWER OF GOD to save you from the POWER of SIN.

ROMANS 1:16-17 [16], For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: FOR IT IS THE POWER OF GOD TO SALVATION TO EVERYONE THAT BELIEVES; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
[17], FOR THEREIN IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD REVEALED FROM FAITH TO FAITH; as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

God's Word is God's power to save us from sin through faith...

1 PETER 1:5, WHO ARE KEPT BY THE POWER OF GOD THROUGH FAITH ready to be revealed in the last time.

2 PETER 1:3-4 [3], ACCORDING AS HIS DIVINE POWER HAS GIVEN US ALL THINGS THAT PERTAIN TO LIFE AND GODLINESS, THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM THAT HAS CALLED US
to glory and virtue: [4], WHEREBY ARE GIVEN TO US EXCEEDING GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES [the Word] THAT BY THESE YOU MAY BE A PARTAKER OF THE DIVINE NATURE, HAVING ESCAPED THE CORRUPTION THAT IS IN THE WORLD THROUGH LUST.

Some will deny God's Word having a form of Godliness but deny God's POWER to save them from their sins...

2 TIMOTHY 3:5 [5], Having a form of godliness, but DENYING THE POWER THEREOF: from such turn away.

Salvation is from SIN not to continue in sin. If you CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN you will die because you have rejected the GIFT of God's dear son (ROMANS 6:23)

WHAT IS GRACE FOR?

ROMANS 1:5, By whom we have received GRACE and apostleship, FOR OBEDIENCE TO THE FAITH among all nations, for his name.

ROMANS 6:1-2, [1] What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. [2], How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

DOES FAITH ABOLISH GOD'S LAW?

ROMANS 3:31 [31], Do we then ABOLISH THE LAW THROUGH FAITH? GOD FORBID: YES, WE ESTABLISH THE LAW.

This is the NEW COVENANT promise of God's LAW written on your heart. You must be BORN AGAIN.

Sorry bekkilyn, God's WORD disagrees with you. All those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not ENTER INTO GOD'S KINGDOM.

By the not-good-news that you preach, not a single person would ever reach God's kingdom, in this present life or in the future because you will *never* get rid of sin and *never* be able to repent of all of it even if you were to spend a lifetime doing nothing but trying to repent. Sin covers you just by simply existing in this world even if you stand there and do nothing (which would also be sinful).

Arr but it is good NEWS! We have a Saviour that has the POWER and wants to save us from our sins to free us to walk in his Spirit.

HEBREWS 7:25 [25] Why he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come to God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.

GALATIANS 5:16 [16], This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

ROMANS 8:4 [4] That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

JOHN 8:31-36
[31], Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed;
[32], And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
[33], They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how say you, You shall be made free?
[34], Jesus answered them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Whoever commits sin is the servant of sin.
[35], And the servant stays not in the house for ever: but the Son stays ever.
[36], If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.

The GOSPEL or good news is that SALVATION is from SIN as we BELIEVE God's WORD. RIGHTOUESNESS is by FAITH not works. AS we have FAITH in GOD'S WORD he gives us his POWER to be FREE from the SINS we KNOW about. As we grow in GRACE God will reveal more sin in our lives that we are to surrender to his WORD by BELIEVING and FOLLOWING his WORD to let him make us a partaker of the divine nature.

Sorry bekkilyn, ONLY God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God. Those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter into God's KINGDOM.

The Holy Spirit is our shield from sin, not observing a sabbath, not getting circumcised, not eating all the right foods, or anything else that we *do*. Any good things that we do are simply a *result* or consequence of the Holy Spirit's work within us. Otherwise, we are hopelessly and entirely corrupt.

NONE have God's HOLY SPIRIT or God's FORGIVENESS without REPENTANCE from sin [Breaking God's LAW]. If you are still practicing KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN you have not got God's Holy Spirit and need to seek Jesus in REPENTANCE and FORGIVENESS...

ACT 2:38 [38], Then Peter said to them, REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED EVERYONE OF YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.

ACT 3:19 [19] REPENT YOU THEREFORE AND BE CONVERTED, THAT YOUR SINS MAY BE BLOTTED OUT, THEN THE TIMES OF REFRESHING SHALL COME FROM THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD.

ACT 8:22 [22], REPENT THEREFORE OF THIS YOUR WICKEDNESS, AND PRAY GOD, IF PERHAPS THE THOUGHT OF YOUR HEART MAY BE FORGIVEN YOU.

Salvation from SIN is God's WORK in us as we BELIEVE and FOLLOW his WORD.

.................

Now bekkilyn, all you have provided in all of your posts is your words over God's WORD. Sorry bekkilyn, it seems God's WORD disagrees with you. We must always seek God's truth through his WORD.

Our own words mean nothing if they are not based on God's WORD as it is written... let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in your sayings, and might overcome when you are judged (Romans 3:4) as it is the Word of God that will be our judge come judgment day (John 12:47-48).

.................

SIN is the transgression or breakin gof God's Commandments (Romans 7:7; James 2:8-12; 1 John 3:4) Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

..................

Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandment of God (John 15:3-9)

Hope this helps :)

That's exactly how I see it...thank you for the confirmation.

Hi H2S, so nice to see you again sister

The ONLY way to salvation is indeed through Jesus. Keep in mind though that Jesus is the LIVING WORD of GOD.

If we ignore his written WORD then we are not BELIEVERS in God's WORD (Jesus) and and NOT FOLLOWING Jesus (his Word) and those who do not BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD (Jesus) do not have salvation.

May God bless you as you seek him through his Word.

This was answered in post #554 linked, with a question provided with God's WORD to help you find the answer. Which said.

Now why did I answer your question with a question and provide God's WORD to help you find the answer? To point you to God's WORD which answers your question.

No, my question was not answered at all. I asked for a "yes" or a "no" from YOU. Not from me. Not from the bible. From you. I did not ask for a question. I did not ask for anything other than a simple "yes" or "no" from you, but you deflected and avoided the direct question as is usual.

That has no truth in it whatsoever bekkilyn.

It's all in the bible, if you would care to read it. In context.

If you think you are free of known, unrepentant sin, think again. You are only righteous because of *his* righteousness, and for no other reason.

I will leave that between you and God.

Indeed! It is all in the bible that is why you have been provided scripture from God's WORD in the posts provided to help you.

You have chosen to simply ignore and reject God's WORD in these posts then speak your own words over God's WORD. Neither do you choose to respond to any of the posts and scriptures provided to help you because you do not have God's WORD to support your teachings.

Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.

May God help you as you seek him through his Word.

I will pray for you.

Your question was indeed answered with scripture. All the conversation, questions and the scriptures provided for your answered post with God's WORD is posted together in one post in post # 582 linked for all to see. This is sad for you bekkilyn you have been caught out.

I will leave that between you and God.

I didn't ask for the question to be answered by scripture. I asked for YOU to answer the question with either a "yes" or a "no" and you deflect from answering the question directly just like you've deflected from answering every other question. It's dishonest to do so and then claim otherwise while attempting to pass the blame onto other people.

And yet you somehow can't honestly answer a question. Satan quotes a lot of out-of-context scripture too in his own efforts to deceive.

No need to try to pass on the blame.

This isn't a true accounting - you've accepted something yourself , apparently deceptive and with a strong hold on you, that you don't want to let go of.

You cannot prove a false point with any nor with all Scripture.

Finally, someone gets this. It's what I've been trying to say to LGW all along.

Ask Yahweh for wisdom and understanding of Scripture, as only He is able to grant this.

Indeed.

Trying as if turn-about is fair play? No, sorry. We recognize what and why your posts are about, and they have been in error.

What exactly is the error? Do you believe something other than Jesus' gift of grace can save you?

The Scriptures already posted revealed/ exposed your errors. As far as I saw, you did not seem to accept the Scriptures thus posted so far (today/ recently/ in this or other threads) .
It would do no good to go through them again unless you choose to accept them.

I reject the false interpretation of the scripture verses that were posted.

However, if you can't point out the exact error, then you have no argument other than that you are unhappy that I am unwilling to accept a false view of scripture.

Ok bekkilyn, your only repeating yourself now. We will have to agree to disagree. The only dishonesty is saying your questions have not been answered when they have been as shown in post # 582 linked for all to see.

I just think you did not like the answer because you cannot argue with God's WORD. Only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it. At the end of the day our own words and opinions do not really matter. Only God's WORD is true.

Here let me help...

1. You believe you can be saved in sin. (God's Word does not teach this. It teaches those who continue in KNOWN unrepentant sin will be lost).
2. You teach GRACE without OBEDIENCE (God's WORD does not teach this)
3. You believe in faith without the fruit of works or OBEDIENCE to God's LAW the 10 Commandments. (God's WORD does not teach this)
4. You believe the 10 Commandments are not a requirement for Christians (God's WORD does not teach this)
5, You cannot show a single scripture to say God's SABBATH is abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day. Yet call God's 4th Commandment Sabbath a false teaching when it is all through the OLD and NEW TESTAMENT scriptures.
6. You mix up the Shadow laws with those that are eternal (God's WORD does not teach this)
7. You accuse people of things they are not saying or believing after you have been corrected.
8. You ignore God's WORD posted to you neither do you respond to it.
9. You twist what people say to you to make out they are saying something they are not.

Let me know if you want the post links to all the above statements and the scripture references that disagree with you that you have not responded to?

Let's talk more when you have some scripture to share? This is only written as a help for you. I will pray for you

May God help you as you seek him through his Word.
