The Temple will be allowed to be rebuilt after this war of Gog and Magog where the Arab nations as threats to Israel's existence will learn a massive defeat and then let the Temple be rebuilt besides the mosque as the symbol of 'peace'.

The body of a Christian is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
A "man of lawlessness" is anyone who deifies himself.

IF Israel builds another temple, consider this, it WILL NOT be a Christian temple, so then what is it really?
A place you wont want to be in or associated with. Will they also want to offer animal blood for sins? YES they do. That is evil.

God ended the temple sacrificial system and established the church, in Christ's blood.
Why would God undue His New Covenant?, He wont.

If such a temple exists again, it is where the devil's antichrist will setup his power base proclaiming himself GOD, you wont want to be anywhere near any of that.
