Bring families together this Christmas
Amen to all. It can be both a joyful and challenging time as we gather with family to celebrate Christmas this week. What joy we believers experience reflecting on the birth of the Savior. What a challenge to face the reality that many of our own family members have not experienced this joy—this Good News and the Gospel of Jesus Christ—the miracle birth of Christ. We may see the fruit of our prayers immediately or we may never see the full impact of our intercession. God bless all of us as we gather to fellowship with family, friends, and loved ones. May the light of Christ shine from us and be a blessing to others.May love flow into our families and flow out to others!

It's a daily challenge, or a moment by moment challenge—a constant challenge in the flesh. Pray without ceasing helps much; and trust God to prepare us in Christ. It is a challenge to trust God completely with my close family. They are all so lovely and just need Jesus.
