Another Flood Question

The dating of the earth is wrong.

The Geological paradigm is incorrect because its foundation is based on cosmology and the formation of mythical planets (space balls)

Until a paradigm shift occurs (which it wont IMO) satan continues his deception until the final conflict.

Of course it’s wrong. God stretched out the heavens. Clocks slow as acceleration increases, radioactive decay rates slow too. But since they use the slower rate of today to calculate what happened faster in the past, they of course come to the wrong conclusion.

Science has shown clocks slow under acceleration, but yet they refuse to apply time dilation as one calculates into the past, even if they claim to follow science. No, the science is sound, just their refusal to follow it.

The accelerating twin aged slower. The twin at home ages faster than the accelerating twin. But yet knowing this, and knowing the universe began accelerating, they refuse to apply time dilation corrections.

I totally agree; but those stars could be something else.

For example, I personally believe the star that the wise men* followed was a hologram that only they could see.

In other words, not a sun, per se.

I'll admit that scientists like to use any cosmology that goes against what God did in Genesis 1 ... most notably those goofy pictures of Babylonian and Hebrew cosmologies drawn, by those who are against the Bible ... but don't you think refusing to call nine wandering stars "planets" is just a bit off the path?

The things made declare His glory, what could be more glorious than an entire universe running like clockwork? Not randomly, mind you, but with such precision we can write laws to describe it, so precise is it.

I'm not afraid, but frustrated with the deception.

People heap up teachers to satisfy their itching ears.

And satan has plenty of those working for him, whether they know it or not.

I'd be more comfortable to separate God's creation from the false paradigms.

Planet earth = earth.

Planets = wandering star a,b,c,d,e, etc

So what would be the equivalent of the "elephant in my bedroom" as pertains to a global flood?

What would scientists expect to find?

It's quite a long list, but there's a good summary here.

(Remember though, it has to jive with the Scriptural account. Don't just take "global flood" and leave the rest. Such as: vegetation present right after the flood, how the Ark got into the mountains of Ararat from thousands of miles away, etc. In other words, don't compartmentalize and search for watermarks that God obviously removed.)

Clearly, if you're going to claim that God interfered after the event to remove evidence, there's little point describing the lack of evidence for the event - God could have erased all evidence that it happened.

Why anyone would assume that is beyond me.

Some people just won’t accept that when God stretched out the heavens, clocks and decay rates began to slow. Just as we know scientifically this happens.

But since some refuse to apply time dilation corrections, using the slower rate of radioactive decay today, to decay that happened faster in the past, they of course arrive at the wrong answer of age.

It’s quite obvious that to the accelerating twin the stationary twin decays faster. The accelerating twin would be wrong if he used his clocks to try to determine the age of the stationary twin. We already know he was wrong.

As a matter of fact, he couldn’t get anything correct. He thought his clocks had not changed, that the stationary twin was the one in motion, and that the stationary twins clocks ticked slower, when they never changed at all.

So you want me to what, accept the conclusion of the twin in motion that couldn’t get anything correct about time at all?

An entire group of individuals who refuse to consider the evidence that such might be the case and who base their worldview on what they imagine to be pleasant and ignore the evidence that contradicts that view.

This sounds to me like a description of a meteor shower, like the Leonid meteor storms of 1833 and 1966.
