I can’t speak for all atheists, but generally in my experience, a lack of a god isn’t foundational to most atheists’ worldview. The role it plays in our worldview isn’t “God doesn’t exist, therefore something else exists.” It’s more like “The burden of proof for reasonable belief is X. As it happens, I have encountered no claims of God’s existence that meet that burden of proof. Therefore God’s existence, being unproven, is not a part of my worldview.”Already established. However, I still hold to my statement that it is foundational to the worldview.
You're an atheist, so in your view indeed there is no such thing. There's no such thing. Not even in your bible.
Atheism is mainly naturalism:Neither is atheism.
Fine, but you're left with naturalism as the alternative.False. Atheism is not a worldview that comes with doctrines, claims and what-not.
What it is, is no more or less then "not accepting the theist worldview".

Empty claims are a dime a dozen. You're an atheist, so in your view indeed there is no such thing.
But you're wrong about the Bible.
I think you (and the person who liked your post) ought to know better too, since you're engaging in discussions with Christians.
The Absolute Moral is Love.
It's the Law of the New Covenant.
That's true, there's also things like animism / pantheism.Theism is not the only brand of supernatural belief, unfortunately.
Ha, as an atheist that used to believe in ghosts, I can say otherwise.Atheism is mainly naturalism:
the philosophical belief that everything arises from natural properties and causes, and supernatural or spiritual explanations are excluded or discounted.
Atheism is mainly naturalism
And so it is mainly naturalism. No, naturalism is naturalism. Atheism is compatible with naturalism,
And so it is mainly naturalism.
Why?
There aren't many options to choose from and it's hard not to choose.
Every person has a worldview. This can either be supernaturalistic or naturalistic, or both such as in pantheism / animism.
This is the confusion surrounding the term "Atheist" i suppose.Ha, as an atheist that used to believe in ghosts, I can say otherwise.

Maybe i'm old, but as i was taught, people like Dawkins are atheists, those who believe God does not exist.
They usually have a problem with the idea that God might possibly exist too.
Nowadays many who i would classify as agnostics call themselves atheists too.
This definition is also supported by the origins of the word "atheism" / "atheist" by the way. This is the confusion surrounding the term "Atheist" i suppose.

I still hold to my statement that it is foundational to the worldview.
IMO, it is only confusing to those who desire creating a strawman argument.
