Because each of those snapshots is from the destruction of the previously created life. This is why they cant connect them, life was created anew after every destruction, except for the few that survived each destruction.
Are you talking about the seven dispensations of time, and God's judgement that follows each one?
  1. Innocence → expulsion from the Garden of Eden
  2. Conscience → the Flood
  3. Human Government → Tower of Babel
  4. Promise → Egyptian captivity
  5. Law → the Cross
  6. Grace → the Tribulation
  7. Kingdom → the Great White Throne Judgement

I'll link it here, since I describe the basic premise in the first post Evolution Experiment: Creationists, Choose their Fate!
Basically put, people select 2 out of 6 possible traits they want to see an experimental population of a small crustacean species (one that matures and breeds very quickly), and once the time for the experiment to start looms, I tally the votes and make the 2 traits that get the most votes favorable to the reproduction of these creatures. Not only that, but I describe the experiment in great detail, and do it on a low enough budget that anyone that wants to do the experiment along with me can do so and see for themselves that I am not misrepresenting the results.

Although I am doing this for 10 years, they breed fast enough that the experimental and control populations could be noticeably distinct within just 2 years... based on the predictions of the theory of evolution.

Sadly, even though I made this experiment just for the benefit and participation of creationists, I actually had to open it to evolution supporters to because not a single creationist would participate.
Interbreeding produces many new forms. Why Husky mates with Mastiff and produces a Chinook. Asian mates with African and produces an Afro-Asian. what does selective breeding of traits have to do with evolution since the Chinook remains a dog and the Afro-Asian remains Human?

In fact your experiment will prove Kind after Kind. Whichever crustacean species you start with, that is the species you will end up with. The Chinook looks different from both the Husky and the Mastiff, yet remains the same Kind.

No, I am talking about the six separate creative acts of which the six days are figurative of, and the five extinction events that have occurred one after each creative one.

The last one came before the creation of man and left the world darkened and covered in water. Not to be confused with Noah's flood. This is why the Bible uses the word Hayah for the second word of the second verse of the Bible, before describing that desolate and waste state it fell into or became.

We shall see, won't we? If you are so sure of yourself, then you have no reason not to participate, right?

Ill let you perform it and keep me updated on the results. Through pictures if you like. Since I drive a truck, keeping crustaceans alive in a tanks will be kind of difficult.

But go ahead, show me you get anything but a different form of the same thing you started with.

Just remember, wolf went from wolf through many forms even to the Chiwahah. Yet all are the same species.

Its like those finches you refuse to accept are the same species...... your calling them separate species will never change the fact they are but different forms of the same species.

But I know youll be interbreeding (mixing genes) for those traits, and nothing will have anything to do with mutations.

Oh, the only requirement for participation is to vote by posting 2 traits you'd like to see the experimental group of Triops have (for example, more color). Performing the experiment along with me is entirely optional.

But go ahead, show me you get anything but a different form of the same thing you started with.
How would you distinguish a new form from "a different form of the same thing"?

Just remember, wolf went from wolf through many forms even to the Chiwahah. Yet all are the same species.
Wolves and dogs aren't the same species, though. A wolf would eat a chihuahua. Kinds and species aren't the same thing.

No comment because I doubt going back and forth with me saying they aren't the same species and you saying that they are would amount to much. We've discussed this plenty as it is.

You're wasting your time. Scientifc theories are not facts and are never "proven." Scientific theories explain facts and are confirmed, not proven, by empirical evidence.
My dad was a doctor for over 50 years. I remember after he retired and we were cleaning up his office I want through a folder that had his hand out in it. They were mostly printouts from articles that he felt would give enough information to be of use to his patience. For me this is where the rubber meets the road and you have a blow out or the tire holds air. When your sick and you go to a doctor what is he able to do to help you regain your health. Is he able to offer you something of substance that really helps you. Or does he give you nothing of any substance and nothing in the way of help.

This board seems to have a lot of people that offer a heavy dose of negativism that does nothing to help and most likely just makes the problem worse. They use to say you are a part of the problem or a part of the cure. My father and many people like him returned from WW2 and they spent their whole life trying to make this a better country and a better world. They had seen enough death and destruction during the war and they wanted life, health and prosperity.

Today there are to any obstructionists trying to get in the way of progress and tear down to destroy this world that we live in. I think that each and every individual needs to decide if they are going to be a part of the problem or a part of the cure. That is the choice everyone needs to make. We know in the end those who tear down and destroy will be destroyed. As Christians we believe we will be saved, healed and delivered from the destruction that is designed to cleanse this world. First by water in the days of Noah and now by fire in the lifetime of many people alive today.

did not state anything about terrorism.
I started off "after 911" This was a terrorist event. Do you want to join us in the real world or do you want to continue to be a part of a pretend make believe world. No need to answer that question because I already know what your answer will be.

we know that a part of a complex biological system will not work (if you will remove the part that send the signal to the leaf for instance). so we know that each part isnt functional by itself. exactly like the car example.
It won’t work in that way, maybe. But how do you know it wouldn’t serve a different function?

Just what is in the Science/Biology book that you actually have a problem with?

The false idea that Humans descended from the common ancestor of Apes. Since Humans (descendants of Adam) were made long BEFORE Apes, such foolishness reveals an incomplete, untrue, fantasy view of Humankind's true beginnings.

. . .
We observe Husky mating with Husky and producing only Husky. Mastiff mating with Mastiff producing only Mastiff. Only when we observe Husky mate with the Mastiff do we observe a new form in the species. Neither the Husky nor the Mastiff evolved into the Chinook.
. . . .

An actual denial that all dogs descended from wolves? Arguments like this reveal how much out of touch such a poster is.

You are overstating since there is no conclusive evidence for common descent. It is all theoretical, not conclusive.

Vacuous rhetoric. You can't just hand wave away the evidence. You need to actually address it. I posted a thread here with a tiny smidgen of the evidence for evolution. If you think you can actually address it, please do.
The evidence for evolution for Kenny'sID thread

Esp since you don't know what the imaginary creature was in the first place.

Histrionic hyperbole aside, we have more than enough evidence in many lineages. From transitional fossils to genetics.

You are making historical truth claims, based on unobserved wishful thinking, not science, that cannot be backed up and falls apart under scrutiny.

More vacuous rhetoric. I'll take you seriously when you actually address the evidence linked above rather than just hand waving it away.

What is observed is a variation within a means. Dogs remain dogs and cats remain cats. It is limited change, not unlimited. A one way direction never to return is myth.

1. No descendant will stop being what it's ancestors were.
2. No individual offspring will be so different from the population that it cannot breed with it.
3. Dogs and cats are both related by common ancestry under order Carnivora, Superorder Laurasiatheria, Magnaorder Boreoeutheria (along with humans and other primates), Clade Eutheria, Class Mammalia, etc. etc. etc.

The fact remains that Jesus was God Incarnate. The Creator became a part of His Creation. Even if we do not understand all the details of how He did that.

Amen, and it was Lord God (YHWH/Jesus) Who made Adam with an intelligence like God's. Gen 3:22 Adam was made the 3rd Day before the plants, herbs and trees. Gen 2:4-7 Apes were made the 5th Day from Water. Gen 1:21 Eve was made from Adam's rib on the 6th Day Gen 2:22 and BOTH Adam and Eve were created in God's Image or born again Spiritually in Christ on the present 6th Day, after Cain killed Abel. Gen 5:1-2 Amen?

Choose whatever you like. Red or green Triops will remain Triops, just be red or green.

How would you distinguish a new form from "a different form of the same thing"?
Apparently everyone is quite aware, since dogs are all one species. It's not my fault you loose your way when it comes to finches that have Darwin's name attached.

Wolves and dogs aren't the same species, though. A wolf would eat a chihuahua. Kinds and species aren't the same thing.
They are exactly the same species. That you are species happy and feel the need to name everything a new species instead of a subspecies is the problem. They cant even bring themselves to call them subspecies, but use breed instead so they dont have to face the implications.... Like with man and races.....

So my ability to kill say a dwarf human and eat them is now a reason to designate me and them as separate species?

No comment because I doubt going back and forth with me saying they aren't the same species and you saying that they are would amount to much. We've discussed this plenty as it is.
Yes we agree you refuse to follow the scientific definition.....

Who made Adam with an intelligence like God's. Gen 3:22
The word is "knowledge". Man has wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Moses said:
Deuteronomy 6:5
"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
Jesus said:

Luke 10:27
"'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind';

Jesus added a word in the Greek: "mind" that we do not see in what we received from Moses.

Agreed, that's why I had to straighten them out.....

proving evolution as just a "theory"

They seem to want to keep forgetting that over 100 new forms of canine arose from one wolf stock, simply by interbreeding, because it shows their belief in mutation as capable of crossing the breed barrier (let alone species barrier) the false theory that it is. After all, Husky always remains Husky despite all those mutations. And guess what, those wolves always remain wolves despite all their mutations too...... But I am willing to bet if someone started breeding them for domesticity, like was done in Russia with those Foxes, why one would see changes........

If you dont know, why are you in this conversation?

Oh, I do know. I'm just trying to see what you know. Or what you believe anyway.

Considering all you do is repeat yourself, it's tough to get any real information though.

Do I need to spell out that they were bred from wolves by interbreeding those with specific traits?

So why is it possible to produce domesticated dog breeds from wolves, but apparently nothing beyond that? Why don't wolves breeding with other wolves only produce wolves?
