Your rejecting what the Holy Spirit taught us, in favor of your unbiblical "theory" you learned.
The words are clear.
God will render to each one according to his deeds.
What each will will receive, according to his deeds, is eternal life or God's indignation and wrath.
I think you would have a better chance of getting your point across as being believable, if you would switch to your tactic of "redefining" what God's indignation and wrath mean, rather than just flat out denying that the Holy Spirit said these words.
God, who “will render to each one according to his deeds”: eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,
Romans 2:6-8
Here is each verse line by line, please tell us which verse you don't agree with and why?
- God, who “will render to each one according to his deeds”:
- eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;
- but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,
Just so you will know what this looks like, I will give you a
"snap shot" of that exact Day.
31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides
his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I
was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ Matthew 25:31-36
Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
[Because]
for [Because] I was hungry and you gave Me food;
I was thirsty and you gave Me drink;
I was a stranger and you took Me in;
I
was naked and you clothed Me;
I was sick and you visited Me;
I was in prison and you came to Me.’
These who
inherited the Kingdom of God, obeyed the righteous "leadings" of the life of Jesus Christ within them, and did what was righteous, demonstrating faith working by love.
Those who did not inherit the kingdom of God, ignored and disobeyed the righteous promptings within, obeying the sinful, selfish desires of the flesh instead.
41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
for [because] I was hungry and you gave Me no food;
I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;
I was a stranger and you did not take Me in,
naked and you did not clothe Me,
sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
Notice it was because of these things or a lack of these things that He made His decision, based on the servant being faithful or unfaithful, which is the context of the entire Chapter 25, even beginning with Matthew 24:45
45 “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? 46 Blessed
is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.47 Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods.48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ 49 and begins to beat
his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for
him and at an hour that he is not aware of,51 and will cut him in two and appoint
him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 24:45-51
Both the faithful servant and the unfaithful servant were His people, His servants.
His servant that was promoted to ruler over His household, continued to Give His people food in due season, remaining faithful.
His servant that was promoted to ruler over His household, began to live an immoral lifestyle, and carouse with sinners, and eat with them and taking on their sinful ways, and became unfaithful, and ignored doing what was good and right in His Masters eyes.
- cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Guess where the hypocrites will be assigned?
