You can still engage in traditionally masculine pursuits yet still have a feminine brain especially when it comes to relationships.. Which is what is relevant to this discussion.

All the men I have dated would laugh at you. They also were usually fairly freaked out because I could read them well enough to know what they were thinking. No, I haven't dated very many feminine minded men at all.

I actually hope that all men have a few feminine attributes down deep...but trust me, not a single one of the guys I dated for any period of time would have had anyone call them feminine on any level beyond maybe crying when their favorite dog died.

Yeah, but the common denominator is that you picked them. That doesn't say anything about men. It says something about which men you felt comfortable talking with.

I would guess she has a interesting mix. Lol.

Then again, sometimes trans people go overboard in trying to look like a different gender. So they take on a hyper masculine role even though in reality it's all fake and phony. So I'd need to know more about her and her life before making a judgment.

Umm...someone older and wiser?....no, not at this age. Maybe if you are still a kid of 20. I did it right the first time and have always shown good judgement when it came to men.

Oh I see the confusion. stuck on talking about people in their 40s because of your current focus on yourself. I am talking in general. So yes. I am talking about People under the age of 30 give or take.

I know someone who got married after knowing each other a week. It was a good solid marriage. Would I use them as a reason to say it was okay, no. They wouldn't either.

I would never marry a man who couldn't make up his time in 2 years. Life is too short to waste on people that don't value you more than that. I have also learned that people don't really know a person that well in 6 months...so unless you have known each other for a long time before dating, I think that it is a bad idea. Universal standard, no...but a good guideline. There are always the exceptions but most people are not the exceptions and that is why the divorce rate is so high.

well that's you. Not everyone feels that way. and not everyone needs as long as you do to get to know someone. and the reality is that you even after a year you still won't know someone that well. or 2 years. or 10 years. it's an excuse that people make to not marry after 2 years or 3...4...5... etc.

for some people, 6 months is enough time to get to know someone. maybe not for you. maybe not for everyone. but it is for some people. and unlike your friends, these people would recommend not putting off marriage once you know.
