I worked at a cafe when I was 14. I washed dishes where I was away from everyone.
I then worked at a thrift store where I also worked in the back hanging up clothing, cutting boxes, taking out garbage, and lifting heavy loads.
Now I work at a bottle depot working in the back, pushing cans through a machine, sorting materials, cleaning up stuff among other things. I was given the opportunity to work in the front but found customers to be really standoffish. I chose to go back to the back instead.
There are jobs out there for you. You'll just have to find one that doesn't involve dealing with people because that's where the most stress comes from for people with mental disabilities.
