I suggest you ask this question in the Messianic forum.

To give any kind of serious answer here could be a violation against teaching in someone else's forum.

I was wondering what you guys would suggest to show and that Jesus is the Christ and to tie the OT to the NT to a Jewish person?

Daniel 9 - 490 years point to the fact that the coming of the Messiah had to be 2000 years ago and not in our future.
Isaiah 53 - the Messiah as the suffering servant that gives his life as a sin offering.

Why not just leave them alone?

Christians always have the self-conflicted option of not evangelizing anyone but their own children - and thus ignoring the words of Christ in Matt 28 - while claiming to follow the teaching of Christ in the Gospels.

Russia had been pushing for that level of Christianity for the longest time - I think they are back to trying to pull off that stunt - once again.

One of the biggest reasons that Jews reject Jesus as their Messiah is that Christian have taught that He did away with the law, which according to Deuteronomy 13 would make him a false prophet. I have found that there is much more continuity between the OT and NT when the NT is read as if the authors were in full agreement with the Psalms, which express an extremely positive view of God's law, rather than reading them as if the authors were against obeying laws of their God. The authors of the NT quoted or alluded to the OT thousands of times to show that it supported what they said and that they did not deviate from it and in Acts 17:11, the Bereans were praised because they diligently tested everything that Paul said with OT Scripture to see if what he said was true, so if you want to show and Jew that Jesus is the Christ and tie the NT to the OT, then start by showing that the NT does not deviate from the OT. According to Amos 3:7, God has done nothing that he has not first revealed to the prophets.

Maybe start by apologizing to them for the treatment they have received under Christian authority for the last 1600ish years. Then maybe tell them that keeping the Torah is a good thing not bondage and a curse. Just a suggestion.

Who says they don't already have it?

If someone does not accept Christ he will be a beneficiary of Christs forgiveness nor receive eternal life.

Pursuant to scripture one must repent and believe in order to be saved, I was seeking ways to reveal scripture to national Jews in order for them to come to Christ and receive the forgiveness and salvation he offers.

Yeah, but Jews don't recognize the NT as scripture.

Yeah, but Jews don't recognize the NT as scripture.

And so I did not list any in my list of scriptures to share with them.

But we should point out to them that the NT text is predominately written by Jews.

The Jews accused the Christians of being a sect of the Jews - and Paul agreed with that.

Who says they don't already have it?

How did Paul put it?

Romans 11
13 But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, 14 if somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them. 15 For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the first piece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too. 17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, 18 do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” 20 Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear; 21 for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either. 22 Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.

Exactly I want to use the OT to illuminate and reveal Christ
You may want to speak with your Jewish friend about these, there are many more but I think these will strike up some interesting conversation :)
