You have to be specific: every case is different, and I'm not going to fall into the trap of thinking that every Black man dead is dead because cops are racist, because that in and of itself is a racist narrative. If we are talking about BLM, then no, I've never and will never support a movement that justifies breaking the law with the idea that they are victims of a racist system that doesn't exist. Their message is "Black Lives Matter," but I've not heard anyone say that they don't matter, so they are in a sense fighting a demon that they themselves are creating; they get mad when people say "All Lives Matter" because it shows they are battling an enemy that doesn't exist. I've heard many say that Black on Black crime, gang culture, and the presence of drugs in Black communities is because of White people; if that isn't being a racist and playing the victim then I don't know what is.
