  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What is the greatest evidence against the theory of evolution...?

You misspelled "theory" (though I suspect you don't grasp what a scientific theory entails)
Says someone who believes the ToE....
but, yeah, apart from the mountains of
bluff, mountains of bluff.
And of course the eager parrots like yourself... :)

Evolution isn't an ideology.
Yes it is.
There is no evidence to support it.
Increasingly scientific data shows it is impossible (infinitesimally small chance (that's the polite way of saying "not a chance in hell"))

Whenever I see phrases like "evolutionary thinking" I know the person using it does not know anything about evolution.
You know nothing.
You're being unreasonable and clearly irate.
What are you doing on a Christian Forum anyway?

Odd. I can go to Google scholar and search for evolution and find hundreds of thousands of papers showing both the genetic and fossil evidence supporting evolution. Have you never looked for it? Because that's the only way one could claim it doesn't exist.
Yeah, great argument bro...

It's no use with believers like you...
Have a nice day.

It's not your place to ask another Member that.

Are you ever going to present any evidence to back up your claims (no, your YouTube playlist doesn't count), or are you just going to keep making the same unsupported (and unsupportable) claims?

He's right though, he can find those papers can't he, how many can be found that offer evidence against the TOE? (I'll help you out ...none). Whether you believe that this is some sort of conspiracy or that all those scientists are wrong I'm not sure. Either way, your views are not based on scientific evidence.

I suggest you work on your debating skills as the above responses do not give the impression of someone who has a clue what they're talking about.

...says the guy who is literally arguing against the entire field of biology.
That accusation is not true at all, you have just taken absurdity to a whole new level, congrats on your promotion.

You are turning to desperation at this point.
The factories are build by humans and the cars are designed and build by humans.
Robots are mere tools in the manufacturing process.

Stop making such silly comments.
You consider Charlie Chaplin "silly"? Perhaps but he was considered to be a genius when it came to comedy and is still a classic today.

Arguing against evolution, is basically the same as arguing against biology as a field.

Show us the scientific evidence that the chance of evolution occurring is "infinitesimally small"?

Do that, and I'll agree it's impossible.

You know that can't be done.

Scientists changed ADAPTATION to MICROEVOLUTION, which effectively rendered that claim sterile.

Baloney. "Micro" evolution is a nonsense term made up by creationists. Scientists don't use it, except when trying to educate creationists. This claim is as nonsensical as the leprechauns and the flying clams.

But... even were that not the case, he made a claim about something being scientifically impossible, therefore he should either provide evidence of the claim, or retract. That's how intellectually honest discussion works.

I do not say that, science says that.
If you want to disagree with what science says then go at it.
Show them how wrong they are.

They are going to want evidence I am sure for your claim.
Yes you did, right here. This is YOU saying it.
Everything has a design that is why no two snowflakes are alike.

Until someone points out that no one has ever seen evolution occur ... then they get that "baby steps from Boston to L.A." garbage.

How is it "garbarge" when that is how it occurs?
I've never seen any biologist claim that evolution occurs through monster steps.

Evolution is a gradual process. Why do you complain about that?
