CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes, it is a gloomy day here as well, lol.
I am feeling somewhat listless...I need to get more done so I can feel at least a bit accomplished at the end of the day.
It is about the same here with getting dark so soon, and it does get a bit depressing.

I feel kind of the same way, haha.
I'd like to get up earlier to work out every day (yeah, still working on that)... but I work third shift, and the first hour when I get up is usually spent eating breakfast and sitting on the couch. But I'm usually working 11-14 hour days throughout the week...

Oh wow, that is a lot of hours!! I can imagine how that would make it a bit difficult to get things you want to done. I have also been wanting to exercise more, I know I keep talking about it, then not doing it as much as I should, lol, so I can relate.I feel kind of the same way, haha.

And my brother's car is ready to be picked up, which means an hour road trip there and an hour back at least, and my mom thinks she needs to go with him, so I'll be solely responsible if something happens.

God is good... Im so glad I enjoyed my time off work instead of panicking.
I thought I was going to be working 7 days a week always. After the getting to know you and putting you in the system of today...... I found out its only the first week I have to work every day.
That was the only thing I was dreading about taking this job. Working without a day off to start is do able....
Best part is, I will make pretty much the same pay as I made at the last place...... but less time will be devoted to work. No more 1-5 hr commutes! I got paid for the travel and all but..... it stinks to be at work.... get off work and know you still have 1-5 hours before you can even relax.
Still too soon to call, but I think I will be infinitely happier here than at the last job. Less work more or equal pay? YES PLEASE!

Yeah, now it just comes down to waking my bull booty up early mornings again..... I WILL miss sleeping past 7am though. Was nice while it lasted. Speaking of..... better throw clothes in the drier and head to bed. Will lay in bed and watch the Flash.... if I fall asleep before its over I will just watch it tomorrow after work.
