Also: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Roanoke is not an extraordinary claim, and the downside of me believing in the colony is zich. Hence, I'm prepared to accept the consensus of the historical community as sufficient evidence on this one. If anyone comes up with evidence that the colony never existed, I'll look at that.
