Mark 7:6-13 is a clear case of the sola scriptura method used to hammer those who 'sit in the seat of Moses' - apostolic succession for the one true nation church started by God at sinai.
Christ's doctrine on "sola scriptura testing" - resulted in hammering the traditions of the Jewish magisterium of His day and promoting the authority of the Word of God - yes even as found in the Ten Commandments.
Mark 7
7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the Commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:
11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.
12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;
13 Making the Word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
That is a case of Christ demonstrating the way that the magisterium is hammered "sola scriptura" in the cases where it's traditions and "doctrines of men" are at odds with scripture.
The elders consisting of scribes and pharise es are in fact the "magisterium" even Paul admits to this. And Jesus shows how they claim to "sit in the chair of Moses" as church magisterium .
Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples, saying,
The scribes and the Pharisees have taken their seat on the chair of Moses. Therefore, do and observe all things whatsoever they tell you, but do not follow their example. For they preach but they do not practice. (Matthew 23:1-3
Jesus said "
THIS GOSPEL of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world and THEN shall the end come" Matt 24.
Your argument seems to be that the teaching of Jesus at that time is of no interest to some CHRISTians.
I think you are missing a few details.
Matt 5
17
Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19
Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Some will argue that true Christians should not obey the teaching of Christ before the cross because... that was before the cross.

Matt 28: 16 But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped
Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20
teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Which is what Matthew, Mark, Luke and John do ... AFTER the cross -- in their Gospels. (They don't rehearse just how it is you sacrifice an animal "as if" this is what Christ taught them that whole time.)
so when Matthew reports "
THIS GOSPEL of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world and THEN shall the end come" Matt 24 -- well there are Christians today that will sit up and take notice, especially given the way Matthew ends his gospel.
Did you suppose that there is an actual text in the Bible saying "do not use Jesus' method of sola scriptura testing of all doctrine and tradition - after the cross"???
in Christ,
