My Statement of Faith:

1. God

(a) God is Triune
(The Lord our God is one God who exists as three persons: The Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost); Note: You can check out my defense of the Trinity in this CF thread here.
(b) God is spirit
(God is a spirit being; Transcendent and beyond the physical universe).
(c) God is Holy
(God is Holy and divine; This means He is perfect, pure, without spot, blameless, and sacred).
(d) God is Omni-Righteous (or God is Love).
(For God is always loving, Good, Morally upright always; Even in His anger He loves).
(e) God is Omniscient (All knowing).
(f) God is Omnipotent
(Sovereign and all powerful; Doctrine of Immanence is implied in this).
(g) God is Omni-Present
(Capable of Being Present in all locations).
(h) God is Self Sufficient
(Aseity; Eternally: God does not need anything or anyone to survive or to be happy or complete).
(i) God is Immutable
(Unchanging; God's Spirit in essence and being will never change, nor will His good character).
(j) God is Light
(God can put forth actual physical light from His being) (In addition, God is a beacon of Light in a moral sense, too; For there is none good but God. Meaning, we are to let Christ's light shine thru us, and not our own light).
(k). God is Infinite
(As in relation to essence of His divine being or Spirit: God is not subject to physical limitations (like man)). (For with God, nothing is impossible).

2. Jesus Christ

(a) Christ is God Almighty (Second person of the Godhead (the Living Word); To check out 160 reasons in Scripture on this point, see this post in the following CF thread here).
(b) Christ is Eternal and uncreated.
(d) Christ is Typified many times in the Old Testament.
(e) Christ makes many pre-incarnate appearances in the Old Testament.
(f) Christ entered the flesh of Adam by way of a virgin named Mary.
(g) Christ suppressed His Omniscience (See my post here).
(h) Christ relied on the Holy Spirit to teach him the Scriptures as a child.
(i) Christ did many miracles by the Father.
(j) Christ also had divine power during His Earthly ministry.
(k) Christ is worshiped as God.
(l) Christ Jesus is the name above all names
(See music video below in my followng posts).
(m) Christ still has his physical body now and forever.
(n) Christ had risen from the grave whereby we will one day rise like Him, too.
(o) After Jesus told Mary to touch him not, Christ had then shortly ascended to the Heavenly Temple so as to be our mediator between God the Father and man (i.e. for Jesus is our Heavenly high priest).
(p) Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (Everything in our lives must be in done by him and thru Him; For I can do all things thru Christ, which strengthens me).

3. Soteriology (i.e. the Study of Salvation)

(a) Substitutionary Atonement.
(b) Blood Atonement.
(c) Sacrificial Atonement
(d) A person must believe Jesus Christ died for our sins, He was buried, He was risen 3 days later, and He had then ascended (after telling Mary not to touch Him) so as to be our mediator and Heavenly High Priest).
(e) A person must be born again spiritually (Which is by accepting Jesus Christ as one's Savior).
(f) Christ is the only mediator between God the Father and man.
(g) There are 4 Aspects of Salvation in regards to Time:
(1) Provisional Atonement (Accomplished solely by the Lord)
(John 1:29) (1 John 2:2),
(2) God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Initial & Foundational Salvation)
(i.e. the Belief Aspect of Faith) (Ephesians 2:8-9) (Titus 3:5),
(3) Sanctification of the Spirit to Live Holy (i.e. The Works Aspect of Faith) (Secondary Aspect of Salvation) (Note: This is Intertwined with a Belief of the Truth, i.e. believing the Bible)
(2 Thessalonians 2:13-14) (Romans 8:13),
(4) Glorification (Final Salvation)
(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) (Romans 13:11).
Note: To learn of these in more detail, check out this thread here (if not, please keep reading for a short summary of them).
(h) Provisional Atonement (Not Unlimited Atonement; Provisional Atonement is what Jesus accomplished for us with His death, burial, resurrection, and 1st ascension to the Father. Jesus died for the sins of the entire world so as to offer the gift of eternal life to whoever receives it by faith).
(i) God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ
(Initial Salvation, i.e. Seeking forgiveness of one’s past life of sin with the Lord Jesus Christ, receiving Him as your Savior, and being saved by his mercy, and grace and believing the gospel message in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4) (Note on the gospel: I believe 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 is the one and only gospel. See my post here to learn more).
(j) Sanctification of the Spirit to Live a Holy Life
(Continued Salvation or the Next Step In the Salvation Process for the Believer, i.e. surrendering to the working of the Holy Spirit; In fact, this also includes the work of God done in a believer by all three persons of the Trinity in obeying God's commands in the New Testament) (Note: This secondary aspect of salvation is also intertwined with a belief of the truth - See: 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14).
(k) Glorification
(Final Stage of Salvation, i.e. the Lord taking the true believer home).
(l) Repentance
Biblical Repentance is seeking forgiveness with the Lord Jesus Christ.
The "fruits of repentance" (Which is different than the act of repentance) always follows a true repentance). To see my lengthy list of verses in defense for biblical repentance, see this post at CF here.
(m) Biblical Conditionalism is True &- OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved) or Eternal Security is false.
For there are tons of warnings in the Bible that a believer cannot ignore. For he that knows God keeps his Commands (1 John 2:3); And he that has the Son has life and he that does not have the Son, does not have life (1 John 5:12).
(n) Works ALONE Salvationism (without God's grace) is False.
While “works of faith” is required as a part of the salvation process after we are saved by God's grace, we are not saved by Works Alone without God's grace. Also, Christ does the "good work" in the believer (Philippians 2:13), and if a believer messes up or sins, they have God's grace to get themselves right with Him by confessing their sins (1 John 1:9) and by forsaking them (1 John 1:7). Paul referred to “Works ALONE Salvationism” (without God's grace) in Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 4:3-5, Titus 3:5, etc.; But this is not to be confused with the necessity of the “work of faith” that follows after being saved by God's grace. James 2:17 says faith without works is dead; And James 2:24 says we are justified by works and not by faith (belief) alone. For even the demons believe and tremble (James 2:19).
(o) Sinless Perfectionism.
While Christians need to overcome sins that lead to spiritual death to be saved, "Sinless Perfectionism" does not deal with salvation. Not all sins are the same. "Sinless Perfectionism" is putting away even minor transgressions or sins out of your life and walking perfectly before God according to His Word. Sins that do not lead unto death are minor faults of character or sins that the Lord says lead to punishment in earthly courts and not hellfire. You can see two related sins mentioned by our Lord Jesus in Matthew 5:22 as being punished in earthly courts, and yet Jesus mentions a third related sin that leads to punishment in hellfire (Which is clarified in the Amplified Bible Translation). Like in real life: There are crimes that are punishable by death and crimes that are not punishable by death. Sinless Perfectionism is not in reference exclusively alone to sins that lead unto spiritual death (like murder, theft, adultery, lying, etc.) (See 1 John 5:16-18, Romans 1:32, Revelation 21:8). Christians have to overcome grievous sin (or death sins) in this life by the power of the Lord working in them (according to the Bible). Sometimes it takes a while for some believers to stop sinning (even when they know about those verses that can help them to do so). However, in time, if they are a faithful follower to Christ (and they truly love Him), then they will conquer the lusts of the flesh. No true Christian will ever justify any death sins (or hell fire sins). 1 Peter 4:1 says that all who have suffered in the flesh have ceased from sin. So we are to pick up our cross and follow Jesus. For they that are Christ's have crucified the affections and lusts (Galatians 5:24). For sin shall not have dominion (control) over you (Romans 6:14). Meaning, that you can actually stop from committing grievous sin. In fact, Peter identifies certain false prophets as having not ceased from sin (Who have eyes full of adultery) (2 Peter 2:1, 2 Peter 2:14). Most in the church today make an excuse so that they will sin again sometime in the future. so when they sin, they believe God understands because they have a fallen nature and they cannot help themselves. But this is not what the Bible teaches. In Romans 7, Paul is primarily speaking from his perspective as a Law abiding Jew before he came to Jesus. For at the end of that chapter he gives us the solution to his struggle with sin (Who is Jesus Christ). For there is no "Condemnation" to those who are in Christ Jesus who "WALK" not after the flesh, but after the Spirit (Romans 8:1) (Note: To learn more about "grievous sin" vs. "the sin that does NOT lead unto death," see my "Hamartiology" section of my Statement of Faith in this post here (for a brief description) or see here for my full explanation).
(p) Carnal (Wordly) Christianity vs. Abiding in Christ and Following Him and His good ways.
For he that shall lose his life for his sake shall save it; And he that shall save his life shall lose it. Today in the world of Christianity, you can have your cake and eat it, too. According to wordly Christianity: You can love both the world and Jesus Christ and go to Heaven. According to wordly Christianity: You can have your best life now and also in the after life, too. But the Scriptures say that all who live Godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. In the last days, there are many who have a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof because they abide in many various sins and they have a love for this world still (and the things that are within it). Today, many think they can sin and still be saved. Today, many listen to Christian Heavy Metal, and or seek after riches and or the things of this world (or to be like those of the world). Many today are not seeking to enter in thru the narrow gate but the wide gate which is popular by many. "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost" (Romans 14:17). For it was the lukewarm believer that was spewed out of Christ's mouth. We are not to even be concerned with basic needs even. For we are to seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things (basic needs, like food, shelter, clothing, companionship, etc.) will be added unto us.

4. The Written Word of God (i.e. the Bible).

The King James Bible is the divinely inspired preserved Word of God for our world language today. It is perfect and without error. I believe this to be the circa. 1900 Cambridge Edition KJV (KJB) (Because this is when both the printing process and set standard of grammar and spelling had been perfected). Granted, while I believe the KJB is the perfect inerrant Word of God today for English speaking people, I do believe it is also very important that a believer also uses Modern Translations so as to help them to update the 1600's English (i.e. Early Modern English) to today's English (i.e. Late Modern English).

Also, I believe that even the most smallest details in God's Word is profitable; For all Scripture is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). This is why it is important for the saint to study to show himself approved unto God (2 Timothy 2:15). I believe that the Old Testament Scriptures speak a lot about Jesus. I believe the book of "Revelation" is the last book of the Bible and that there is no more revelations or prophetic writings to the Bible (i.e. Sola Scriptura). Everything we need to know spiritually and prophetically is in God's Word. To see my Biblical defense on why I believe the Cambridge Edition circa. 1900 KJV is the divinely perfect Word of God for our day, see this CF thread here.

5. The Church (i.e. the Body of Christ).

The Church is not a building or a temple but it is the body of true born again believers (with Christ being the head of that body). They are the saints, the bride, or the body of Christ. They are believers who have repented of their sins and accepted Christ and who continue to walk in His good ways (i.e. Commands as given to us in the New Testament). Those professing believers who are disobedient to Christ's Commands will be removed from his Kingdom. For his angels will come and separate all those who do sin and iniquity (Matthew 13:41).

I believe church buildings and or popular organizations are an unbiblical form of fellowship. See these threads here and here.

6. Conditional Security:

Eternal Security is false. Eternal Life can only be found in Jesus Christ and by conditionally choosing to abide in Him and His words by Prevenient Grace. It is conditional. Not unconditional. That is our assurance and promise. For those who cannot be plucked out of his hand are those sheep who followed Jesus. This is not works ALONE salvation, but it is merely surrendering one's life to Christ whereby He can do the "good work" in you (After you seek forgiveness of your sins with Him and believe in His death and resurrection). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the LIFE. Eternal life can only be found in Jesus. For he that has the Son has life and he that does not have the Son does not have life (1 John 5:12). For Christ alone possesses immortality (1 Timothy 6:16). Immortality is not a "thing" or "super power" that we can possess apart from Christ. Immortality or Eternal Life is in Jesus for He is the Bread of Life. For Jesus said, " If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." (John 14:23). Obeying Christ is only possible if one has truly been "born again" spiritually. For we are indeed saved by His mercy and by the regeneration of the Holy Ghost (Titus 3:5). For if God truly lives within a person, then they will have the fruit thereof to show that their faith is true and not false. For God is their salvation. For Jesus saves us not just in Justification (When we first came to Him), but He also saves us in the process of Sanctification (By our walking in His good ways), too. For Jesus Christ was manifested to destroy the works of the devil in a person's life. So one is only safe and secure by conditionally abiding in the Vine, who is Jesus Christ.

7. Sins that Cannot Be Forgiven:

(a) Suicide (Whereby a person stays dead).
If a believer commits suicide and stays dead, they will not be forgiven because it is self murder; And 1 John 3:15 says that no murderer has eternal life abiding in them.
(b) Apostasy
This is not backsliding into a life of sin (Which can be forgiven according to James 5:19-20), but this is willingly rejecting Jesus Christ as your Savior after having the Holy Spirit. Now, some might point out Peter. However, Peter did not deny Jesus while having the Holy Spirit, though. Peter later received the Holy Spirit after Christ's resurrection.
(c) Speaking bad against the Holy Spirit
This is talking bad against the Holy Spirit and or talking bad against the works of the Holy Spirit. This type of blasphemy cannot be forgiven (either in this world or the one to come, i.e. the Millennium).
(d) Taking the mark of the Beast and worshiping his image.
Anyone who takes the mark of the beast and worships his image drinks of the Wrath of God (Revelation 14:9-10).
(e) Dying in unrepentant sin that leads unto spiritual death.
A person cannot die and refuse to confess of a sin that leads unto spiritual death and expect to be saved. What is the sin unto death? Again, sins unto death would be the sins that Paul lists several times in the New Testament. Paul says be not deceived, the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. Paul lists sins such as lying, adultery, theft, hate, murder, idolatry, drunkenness, etc. John also lists these sins in Revelation 21:8 and actually labels them as causing spiritual "death" because he says that committing these types of sins will lead one to face the "Second DEATH" (Which is the Lake of Fire). But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). For if we walk in the light as he is in the light, then the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). But he that says he knows him and does not keep his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him (1 John 2:4).

8. The Law of Moses.

The Law of Moses (or the Old Testament Law) is the Old Contract, and it is no longer binding anymore as a whole. Yes, the moral laws have been carried over into the New Testament. Yet, the believer is no longer bound by any of the ceremonial laws and or the judicial laws as put for the in the Old Covenant, though. For Christ had crucified the Old Covenant Law upon the cross with his death. For even in Christ's ministry, Jesus focused on teaching primarily New Covenant and not Old Covenant. But once the Temple veil was torn with Christ's death, we are no longer bound to offer animal sacrifices to a priest in a temple anymore (as a temporary covering for sin). For Jesus is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the entire world so as to offer every man and woman the free gift of salvation (Which is Himself). Shortly before the cross, Jesus said that the old was ready to vanish away and that the New Covenant will make the first Covenant as old (See Hebrews 8:13). For the Law has changed (Hebrews 7:12).

In other words, a believer cannot require other believers to obey the whole of the Commands in the Old Testament in order to be right with God. For the Law is a schoolmaster that brings us unto Christ (Galatians 3:24). Now, some may object that we have to obey the Law of Moses because Jesus said he came not to destroy the Law. However, we know that the word "Law" is sometimes used in reference to not just the Law of Moses but to entirety of the whole Old Testament (Including the prophecies about the End Times). For the word "Law" sometimes is in reference to the abbreviated form of the saying "Law and the prophets" (Matthew 5:17) (Matthew 7:12) (Matthew 22:40) (John 1:45) (Acts 13:15) (Acts 24:14) (Acts 28:13) (Romans 3:21). In other words, the "Law and the prophets" was merely a reference to the whole entire package of the Old Testament. So when Jesus said he came not to destroy the "Law" he was referring to that aspect of the prophecies contained in the "Law and the prophets." For clearly there is a change in "Law" with the New Testament. We do not offer animals sacrifices anymore. We can eat unclean animals. We are not to render an eye for an eye anymore but we are to turn the other cheek. For Christ came to fulfill the Old Law and not destroy it. To put it to you another way: Think of the Old Testament as an apple seed and the New Testament as an apple tree. The OT saint was justified by faith in the Lord and by looking ahead to the Promises that would be fulfilled in the Messiah (i.e. Jesus Christ).

For Jesus said, I came not to destroy the Law, but to fulfill it. Meaning if I took a hammer and smashed the apple seed it could not be fulfilled into it's true intended purpose, --- so the Old was necessary part in order for the New to take place. For if I planted that apple seed in the ground, that means the apple seed would be fulfilled in becoming an apple tree (As it was meant to be). Jesus obeyed the Law perfectly and fulfilled it on our behalf so He can impute His righteousness to us when we repent of our sins and accept Him as our Savior. Then Christ is able to work His righteousness (According to His Word) thru us from that point (And not our own righteousness). New Covenant Law is the fulfillment of the Old Law in the fact that it is far superior in loving God and in others.

The animal sacrifices of the Old was a big part of the entire Old Testament. For without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. But the animals sacrifices never took away sin for good, though. No Law could take away sin for good. Only Christ's perfect sacrifice could do that. So we are saved by seeking His mercy and believing in His death, burial, and resurrection by faith; Because God loves us and He desires in wanting to have mercy upon on us so as to save us. God wants to save us! For He is our Savior! God doesn't want us to be our own Saviors. For we are saved by His Grace, and by His mercy, and by the washing of the regeneration of the Holy Ghost and not of works of righteousness of which we have done (Titus 3:5) (Also see Ezekiel 36:26-27).

Now, just because the Law of Moses is no longer binding, does not mean that believers are anarchists and that they are free to do whatever they please. We are to obey the Commands of Jesus and the apostles as laid out in the New Testament. For we are to obey the "Law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2), or the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2), or the Royal Law (James 2:8) and or the Law of Faith (Romans 3:27). For there are hundreds of Commands given to us in the New Testament. They are not placed their so that we can be our own Lords and masters. They are placed there so that we can make Jesus our Lord and Master by allowing Him to do the "good work" within us. This is important to understand because we cannot be disobedient to Jesus and expect to still be saved. For Jesus says, "Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and do not what I say?" Anyways, we are not under the Law of Moses but we are under the Law of Christ. My signature in each of my posts says this: "When I speak of how we must obey God's laws: I am referring primarily to how we must obey those commands in the New Testament, and not the Old Testament. Things like the Saturday Sabbath, circumcision, dietary laws, the Passover, etc. are ceremonial laws that are no longer binding upon the life of the believer today under the New Covenant. We should focus on obeying those commands that come from Jesus and His followers."

9. Baptism.

While believers can be saved initially without water baptism and a person can die on their deathbed by accepting Jesus as their Savior and be saved without water baptism, believers must eventually strive to be water baptized in the name of Jesus as a part of the faith (if they are able to do so). For baptism is a part of our faith, and the just live by faith.

10. The Flood.

The Flood was global and world wide and was an example to all those who lived ungodly lives (2 Peter 2:5-6). For those who perished in the flood had thought evil things continually (Genesis 6:5). Only Noah's family and Noah, who was a preacher of righteousness was spared.

11. Evolution.

Macro-Evolution (i.e. is the false belief that a certain animal kind can transform from one animal kind into another animal kind, like a reptile transform into a bird over enough time). The Bible does not teach nor allude to any kind of Macro-Evolution. Micro-Evolution is that a species can adapt to a certain environment and or change slightly within it's own animal kind. This observable Science is not in conflict with the Bible. However, Macro-Evolution is just a man made theory that cannot actually be proven. There are also other forms of Evolution that the world has cooked up like Cosmic Evolution, etc. But again, these are just man made theories that strives to deceive the world into thinking that there is no God. For if everything can be explained by some naturalistic means, then what need is there for God? What need is there to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? It is to have true peace, and true joy by the fact that one is saved by Christ. The world and it's false deceptions will only give you a temporary pleasure and small comfort. Whereas Jesus can help you to be truly satisfied and happy in this life. For without Jesus, one cannot evolve into the intended purpose that the Lord has for them (Which is to be in the likeness of Him).

12. Age of the Earth.

The Earth is approximately 6,000 years old according to the Bible and scientific evidences found by Young Earth Scientists. Believing that the world is millions of years old actually lines up with what the world all believes. One is either of the world and it's thinking or one is trusting God and His Word. One cannot think like the world and also think like the Lord. For his ways are higher than our ways. We have to lean upon the Lord and His understanding and not our own.

13. Satan.

Satan is a real being who is a fallen angel and who convinced 1/3 of the angels to rebel against God. He desired to be like the most high and it was his pride that made him to fall. Satan (also called the "Devil") is the father of lies and he was also a murderer from the beginning (When he convinced Adam and Eve to eat of the wrong tree and disobey God). Satan convinced them to eat of the wrong tree by saying that they would not die spiritually if they disobeyed God's Command. This is the same lie that is being pushed today. Many believers think they can disobey God's Commands under the New Testament and not die spiritually, too. It's a lie that was started by the devil all the way back in the Garden (in the beginning).

14. Hell.

Hell is also called "Torments" in the Bible. It is a temporary holding place or prison for those wicked people who have rejected Jesus and His good ways. Hell is a real place of suffering, and the wicked regard it as a place of torment, but I believe there is a difference between torment, and torture. The Bible does not describe the rich-man screaming in hell. The rich-man was either in an other worldly flame that did not cause a person to scream out in pain, or the rich-man was tormented by the heat of the flame that came either nearby him or a flame that was in front of him by the great gulf fixed between him and Abraham. For if the rich-man was engulfed in flame then he would be screaming non-stop and would not be able to carry on a rational conversation with anyone. For if a person today was put into a campfire and held there, I doubt you would be able to talk with them and carry on a normal conversation. Anyways, I believe in "Dualistic Conditionalism" (Which is under the umbrella of "Conditional Immortality"). It is the belief that Hell is real, but after the Judgment (When the wicked will receive their resurrected bodies), the Lake of Fire will destroy them both body and soul. For Jesus said fear not him who can destroy the body, but fear him who can destroy both body and soul in "Gehenna" (i.e. the Lake of Fire) (Matthew 10:28 WEB). In other words, Hell or the Lake of Fire is not eternal punishment which is what most churches teach nowadays. For God is good and fair in His judgments: And He will not punish people beyond what the crime calls for. Eternal Conscious Torment makes God out to be unjust in His actions, and the Bible and real life does not teach such a thing. People merely belief this because their church believes it (And they have not studied God's Word in prayer to see whether these things be so or not). To see more verses on this topic (or to discuss it, please check out this thread here: A Defense of Dualistic Conditional Immortality).

15. Rapture.

I believe there will be two Raptures. I believe the first rapture will be a Pre-Trib Rapture, and the second rapture will be a Mid Trib Rapture. To learn more about this, see my extensive "New End Times Chronology" at CF here. Note: This chronology involves the Pre-Trib Rapture, the 7 year tribulation, the Millennium, the Judgment, and the Eternal New Earth.

16. Tribulation.

The 7 year Tribulation is broken up into 3 and 1/2 years. The second half of the 3 and 1/2 years is known as the "Great Tribulation" and the time of God's Wrath. In the middle of the Tribulation is when the Antichrist will desecrate the holy temple and then shortly enforce the mark of the beast and kill many faithful Bible believing Christians (Because they have refused the Mark and to worship his image). At the end of the 7 year Tribulation, Jesus will return and destroy all unrepentant nations who will come up against Him. This is then followed by the purification of our world by fire (Similar to the global flood). Then Christ will reign for 1,000 years upon this Earth (While the devil is locked up in the bottomless pit). Then at the end of the 1,000 years, the devil will be allowed to deceive man for one last time and then comes the final Judgment. This then leads into God and his people living upon a New Earth wherein there is no sin, pain, disease, or suffering anymore.

17. The Land of Israel.

Abraham, select patriarchs, and those Gentiles who are beheaded for Christ during the last half of the Tribulation will inherit the Promised Land (or the Land of Canaan), thus fulfilling God's Promise to Abraham and his descendants. Now, how can Gentiles be of Abraham's seed or descent? Well, by them being resurrected bodily after the likeness of Jesus Christ (of course). For Jesus was of the descent of Abraham; And we can only be resurrected by the same body that Christ has. However, the Promised Land will be no more after the end of the Millennium. For the Heavens and the Earth shall pass away and give way to a New Heavens and a New Earth (Wherein will dwell righteousness forever).

18. The Jewish People.

The Jews were God's chosen people in the Old Testament. They failed repeatedly many times to follow God and they even rejected their Messiah. However, God has promised that He would not forsake them. In the End Times, the Jews as a nation will repent shortly sometime before Christ's return (Thus fulfilling various different verses in Scripture). All believers will be resurrected after the likeness of Jesus Christ (Who was a Jew). So on some level, all saints will have the DNA of Jesus within them after they are bodily resurrected. This means, that the saints will be physically Jewish because Jesus is physically Jewish. Those who are resurrected bodily in the Millennium will be those who were beheaded for Christ in the Great Tribulation. Everyone else will be resurrected bodily at the end of the Millennium (for them to fill the Eternal New Earth). But all believers will be made in the likeness of the Son (physically). This is of course a reflection of their faith in how they conformed to the image of Christ spiritually. For the Jews are a chosen people by God. While there are many who are Jews today who are not saved, God has chosen a specific nation of people to reflect the one that will come in the future thru Christ in the final Eternal New Earth. A future kingdom of perfection that is a glory unto God.

19. Arminianism:

I believe all 5 points of Calvinism (Which is the opposite of Arminianism) to be unbiblical; I hold to the view that the Bible leans more towards Arminianism.

Here are the Original 5 Articles (or Points) of Traditional Arminianism:

  1. Conditional Election.
  2. Unlimited Atonement.
  3. Total Depravity.
  4. Prevenient Grace.
  5. Conditional Preservation of the Saints.

Five Articles of Remonstrance - Wikipedia

This is my own list that is more specific to what I believe:

#1. Conditional Election (Based upon God’s Foreknowledge).
#2. Conditional Salvation.
#3. Unrestricted Initial Drawing(s) & Illumination(s) by God For Majority; A.K.A. Free Will Involving One’s Choice Towards the Lord, Grace, or Salvation.
#4. Partial Depravity.
#5. Provisional Majority Atonement (Based upon God’s Foreknowledge).
These points are not in the same order as the same points as Arminianism. These points were arranged so as to spell CCUPP.

Important Notes in regards to point #3 called "Unrestricted Initial Drawing(s) & Illumination(s):"

(1) Christ draws all men unto Himself (John 12:32), and God is not willing that any should perish (See 2 Peter 3:9).
(2) All men are given opportunities by God to understand the "Offer of the Love of the Truth" so that they are able to receive it, or reject it of their own free will (See: 2 Thessalonians 2:10).
(3) Men are without excuse that there is a God and that He is good and righteous (Romans 1:18-21).

Important Note in regards to point #5 that is called "Provisional Majority Atonement:"

Revelation 13:8, and Revelation 17:8 excludes those individuals from the Lamb’s book of life since the foundation of the world; So Jesus never provided a provisional atonement for the sins of these particular individuals because God knew that they would worship the beast in the future. Everyone else had their names written in the book of life since the foundation of the world (and they were saved as babies and as a really young child), and their names were blotted out when they grew up and gained the knowledge of good and evil and sinned; This is why majority of people need to accept Jesus as their Savior. They fell away like the prodigal son and died spiritually by a life of sin, and they need to be made alive again.

20. Cessationism:

Warning: I think it is very important that we as Christians should not speak out against other believers claiming to do miracles unless we confirm without our own two eyes and by Scripture that what they are doing is not by God's Word. For if we are wrong, it would not be good if we spoke out against God.

Anyways, I believe the Bible teaches that while God can do miracles today (of his own choosing and by the answering of prayer), and while certain gifts do remain for the church today; However, the gifts of...

Tongues, Prophecy, and the Gift of Miracles Have Ceased:

  1. Tongues and prophecy have ceased ~ 1 Corinthians 13:8-13. Verse 8 says, “...whether there be prophecies, they shall fail;” and verse 8 says, “whether there be tongues, they shall cease;” The question is when do tongues and prophecies cease? Verse 10 says “ when that which is perfect is come”; And verse 11 says, “when I became a man, I put away childish things.” Are we going to be children (and not men) upon this Earth until Christ takes us home?

  2. Both 1 Corinthians 13 and James 1 describe something that is “perfect” and “looking into a mirror.” In 1 Corinthians 13, that which is “perfect” (neuter in the Greek) fits the reference to the “Perfect law of liberty” (James 1:25) (Which would also be neuter). The law of the Lord is “perfect” (Psalms 19:7). All Scripture (the Bible) is profitable so that the man of God may be “perfect” unto every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17). James 1:23 and 1 Corinthians 13:12 both describe the Bible as a mirror/glass that we see our reflection in. Some people look into a mirror and forget their physical appearance. Some people look into the Bible mirror and forget their spiritual appearance. Therefore, Glass / Mirror = Perfect = The Word of God. 1 Corinthians 13:12 describes the "perfect" as a glass mirror, just as James 1:23 does. 2 Corinthians 3:18 also shows the glass, and hence the perfect to be the Word of God, which transforms us. It says: "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (Also see verse 15 in the same chapter). As we look into God's Word and we see Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit transforms us into the very image of Jesus Christ. "We all" means all believers, seeing in the Bible/glass, the glory of the Lord. "Open face" means that we can hide nothing from God; We must be open and honest with Him.

  3. Tongues were for a sign that the Jews looked for. 1 Corinthians 1:22 says, “For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:” But Jesus says, “ An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign;” (Matthew 12:39). Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. (1 Corinthians 14:22). "In the law it is written, with men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people (Jews); and yet for all that (all the tongues) will they (Jews) not hear me (warning ignored), saith the Lord". 1 Corinthians 14:21. Tongues here clearly are a warning to the Jews that they ignore. 1 Corinthians 14:21 is quoting from Deuteronomy 28:49 where God warns of judgment coming from "a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand."

  4. The three greatest prophets and miracle workers in the Bible are Moses, Elijah, and Jesus. We see that the miracles that they performed were a way to authenticate them as a messenger from GOD and the Word of God that they provided (that would be immortalized into Scripture). We notice that after each of these prophets, there was a time of silence where no miracles were done. Just like with the prophets Moses, Elijah, and Jesus, miracles authenticated the apostles' message as from God. "And they (apostles) went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the Word with signs (tongues, prophecies, healing, etc.) following. Amen." Mark 16:20. Today the need for tongues and miracles has ceased. God has authenticated the apostles and the New Testament that they penned. This proves the temporary nature of tongues and miracles.

  5. We can see that after the book of Acts, the gifts no longer operated in Paul’s life like they once had. The sign gifts, tongues, prophecy, the gift of healing, etc. were operating all through the Book of Acts, and these gifts are mentioned in the letters that Paul wrote during the Acts period. But when we turn to the letters written after the Book of Acts—the 4 Prison Epistles, and the 3 Pastoral Epistles, we find that the sign gifts either aren’t mentioned at all or we see—as with the gift of healing—that they were no longer operating in Paul’s life. What he could do in Acts 28, he could no longer do in Philippians, or in 1 and 2 Timothy. He could heal all the sick on the island in Acts 28:9, but he couldn’t heal any of his closest co-workers—Timothy, Epaphroditus, Trophimus—after the close of the Book of Acts (See this article here for the full explanation).

  6. Notice that both 1 Corinthians 13:11 and Ephesians 4:13 equate attaining fullness of knowledge with becoming a perfect or mature man. What have childish things got to do with temporary gifts of prophecy, tongues and knowledge? Answer: Paul is comparing a human advancing from childhood to adulthood, with the church passing from infancy in the first century marked by prophecy, tongues and knowledge gifts to maturity marked by believers depending on the Bible, faith, hope and charity from 96 AD to the rapture. By 96 AD the childish gifts of prophecy, tongues and knowledge had ceased, and church manhood had been reached. A man comes to fulness of the knowledge of Christ by Scripture; For all Scripture is profitable for doctrine that the man of God may be perfect unto every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17). (Note: Back in the early church, the gift of knowledge was the giving of special revelation of either history, and or doctrine that the apostles did not have on their own; In the OT, Moses received the gift of knowledge to pen the details of history in the Torah; In the NT, Certain men of God (in the early church) had received new knowledge from God to teach new doctrine, like Peter, James, John, and Paul etc. so as to write inspired Scripture).

  7. While God can heal people directly Himself today, the gift of miracles is not given to any one believer that we know today. No Charismatic can always heal. Yet, the Bible says that they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. This means 100% recovery all the time. No one can do this today, as the apostles could in Acts 5:12-16. "By the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people.....they (believers) brought forth the sick into the streets.....and they were healed every one". (Acts 5:16).

  8. New revelation (prophecy) or new words from God are not to be added (Revelation 22:18-19). If a person were to add to God’s Word, the plagues that are within the book known as the Bible (not the plagues in Revelation) would be added to them. We have occurrences of this actually happening. See these two links here: Bible Correctors lose Voice Bible Corrector Loses Voice on Ankerberg Show

  9. The Apostles and Prophets were merely the foundation built upon the foundation of Jesus. “For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone;” (Ephesians 2:18-20). We are said to have access by one Spirit unto the Father that is build upon the “foundation” of the apostles and prophets. Being an apostle is a gift (See 1 Corinthians 12:28-31). The qualifications of being an apostle was to have seen the risen Lord Jesus Christ (See Acts of the Apostles 1:22-26). Paul said he met the qualifications as being an apostle because he had seen the risen Lord. 1 Corinthians 9:1 “…Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord?” Paul called himself the “last prophet.” (1 Corinthians 15:8-9). Paul says that God has set forth the apostles last (1 Corinthians 14:9).......................................................................................................................................................................
  10. The context of I Corinthians is rebuking 13 errors, such as tongues, and it is not recommending tongues. The Corinthian church was filled with problems that Paul corrects in this book, such as:

(a) They were following their favourite human leaders causing divisions. 1:11-14
(b) " " favouring human wisdom. 1:18-2:13
(c) " " carnal, living for self, not controlled by the Spirit. 2:14-3:7
(d) " " forgetting the future Judgment Seat of Christ. 3:8-23
(e) " " proud, thinking of themselves more highly than they ought. 4:1-21
(f) " " failing to discipline, by tolerating a fornicator. 5:1-13
(g) " " taking fellow believers to court. 6:1-20
(h) " " confused about marriage. 7:1-40
(i) " " confused about liberty thinking it meant licence to do as they please, even stumbling others. 8 ,9 ,10.
(j) " " confused about clothing, long hair on men and Lord's Supper. 11
(k). " " confused about spiritual gifts, especially tongues. 12-14
(l) " " confused about the resurrection. 15
(m) " " confused about the collection. 16

As we can see the Corinthian church was deep in error and false doctrine. It was the only church that emphasized tongues as today's Charismatics do. Charismatics therefore place themselves in very bad company. Charismatics fail to understand that Paul is not endorsing tongues, but is rebuking the wrong use of tongues and is strongly regulating tongues contrary to today's Charismatics. Today's emphasis on assemblies with more than on person speaking at the same time is plainly wrong (1 Corinthians 14:27). Paul feared that even one person speaking in tongues without proper interpretation would give the appearance of barbarians or insanity (1 Corinthians 14:11) (1 Corinthians 14:23). What would he think of today's mass hysteria? Today's spontaneous, wild use outside of Scriptural limits is wrong. The gift of prophecy, far superior in every way to tongues, was under the control of the prophets For it is written: “Remember that people who prophesy are in control of their spirit and can take turns.” (1 Corinthians 14:32) (NLT). So Paul's repeated instructions about the right use of the gift of tongues required it to be a very controllable gift, not a force or power controlling the user. Paul valued 5 words with the understanding rather than 10,000 words without the understanding (i.e. tongues)! So Preaching is far superior in God's purpose and for the churches' profit (1 Corinthians 14:19) (1 Corinthians 14:39). The gifts had a purpose and a place in time. They were to authenticate the church and the New Covenant. But seeing that which is "perfect" has come (the Bible), we do not need any more revelation. The Bible has all the revelation or instruction that we need today.

I would add something that is never mentioned in statements of faith:
a) the eternal generation of the Son
b) the millenium of Revelation 20 is symbolic.
The implications of these 2 are absolutely paramount to every other doctrine. I would consider these the most important doctrines that everything is else flows from. They have to do with works, atonement, evolution, but most people don't realize it; Once you discover these truths everything is illuminated

My Statement of Faith:

I. My views on God and Christ can be found within sections II and VIII of the Westminster Confession of Faith.

II. Insofar as regards soteriology in its most basic form, I am a Five-Point Calvinist, holding to:

Total Depravity
  • "Man, by his fall into a state of sin, hath wholly lost all ability of will to any spiritual good accompanying salvation: so as, a natural man, being altogether averse from that good, and dead in sin, is not able, by his own strength, to convert himself, or to prepare himself thereunto." [WCF, IX, III]
Unconditional Election
  • "Those of mankind that are predestinated unto life, God, before the foundation of the world was laid, according to his eternal and immutable purpose, and the secret counsel and good pleasure of his will, hath chosen, in Christ, unto everlasting glory, out of his mere free grace and love, without any foresight of faith, or good works, or perseverance in either of them, or any other thing in the creature, as conditions, or causes moving him thereunto; and all to the praise of his glorious grace." [WCF, III, 5]
Limited Atonement
  • "As God hath appointed the elect unto glory, so hath he, by the eternal and most free purpose of his will, foreordained all the means thereunto. Wherefore, they who are elected, being fallen in Adam, are redeemed by Christ, are effectually called unto faith in Christ by his Spirit working in due season, are justified, adopted, sanctified, and kept by his power, through faith, unto salvation. Neither are any other redeemed by Christ, effectually called, justified, adopted, sanctified, and saved, but the elect only." [WCF, III, 6]
  • "The Lord Jesus, by his perfect obedience, and sacrifice of himself, which he, through the eternal Spirit, once offered up unto God, hath fully satisfied the justice of his Father; and purchased, not only reconciliation, but an everlasting inheritance in the kingdom of heaven, for all those whom the Father hath given unto him." [WCF, VIII, 5]
  • "For whom did Christ die? The Father imposed His wrath due unto, and the Son underwent punishment for either: 1) All the sins of all men; 2) All the sins of some men; or 3) Some of the sins of all men. In which case it may be said: 1) If the last be true all men have some sins to answer for, and so none are saved; 2) That if the second be true, then Christ, in their stead suffered for all the sins of the elect in the whole world, and this is the truth; 3) But if the first is the case, why are not all men free from the punishment due unto their sins? You answer, Because of unbelief. I ask, Is this unbelief a sin, or is it not? If it be, then Christ suffered the punishment due unto it, or He did not. If He did, why must that hinder them more than their other sins for which He died? If He did not, He did not die for all their sins!" [John Owen; The Death of Death in the Death of Christ]
Irresistible Grace
  • "All those whom God hath predestinated unto life, and those only, he is pleased, in his appointed and accepted time, effectually to call, by his Word and Spirit, out of that state of sin and death, in which they are by nature, to grace and salvation, by Jesus Christ; enlightening their minds spiritually and savingly to understand the things of God, taking away their heart of stone, and giving unto them a heart of flesh; renewing their wills, and, by his almighty power, determining them to that which is good, and effectually drawing them to Jesus Christ: yet so, as they come most freely, being made willing by his grace. This effectual call is of God's free and special grace alone, not from anything at all foreseen in man, who is altogether passive therein, until, being quickened and renewed by the Holy Spirit, he is thereby enabled to answer this call, and to embrace the grace offered and conveyed in it." [WCF, 10, 1-2]
Perseverance of the Saints
  • "They, whom God hath accepted in his Beloved, effectually called, and sanctified by his Spirit, can neither totally nor finally fall away from the state of grace, but shall certainly persevere therein to the end, and be eternally saved." [WCF, XVII, 1]
III. The Bible

I believe the sixty-six canonical books of Scripture to be the inerrant and infallible Word of God. I do not limit myself to a single translation, as I am knowledgable in Biblical Hebrew and at least semi-knowledgable in Biblical Greek. For normal reading, I prefer the ESV, but for historical merit I prefer the Geneva Bible.
IV. The Church

I believe the church to be the church catholic, the communion of saints; that is the collection of all true believers both on earth and in heaven [the Elect on both sides of the veil].
V. Unforgivable Sins

Only blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable.
VI. On Evolution

It is utterly false and satanic.
VII. On Eschatology

Historic Post-Tribulational Premillennialism all the way.

a) the eternal generation of the Son
b) the millenium of Revelation 20 is symbolic.
If by "the eternal generation of the Son" you mean that the Son (God the Word) has existed from eternity past, then that is absolutely true.

On the other hand, since God presents to us a real, literal, physical Millennium (chilia ete = a thousand years in six out of seven verses) then it cannot possibly be symbolic. The vast majority of numbers (if not all) in Revelation are genuine numbers and are to be treated as such. There is absolutely no reason (other than false theology) to treat these numbers as allegorical, or mythical, or metaphorical, or symbolical. Study the number SEVEN in Revelation.

Coming back to the OP, one could poke several holes in that Statement of Faith, or in the one from the Westminster Confession. That would not change anyone's mind.

I have studied it extensively; It is symbolic. This is why I say it is the most important to understand above all else because it seems most people disagree with this view. The problem is that most denominations teach the wrong thing here, so they are "expecting" the wrong things about the tribulation. There has generally been a creep away from amillenialism in most denominations except Eastern Orthodoxy and Lutheranism because the literal millenium is more PC. see thread http://www.christianforums.com/threads/amillennial-denominations.7721941/

What is your Statement of Faith?

7Beloved ones, let us love one another, because love is of Elohim, and everyone who loves has been born of Elohim, and knows Elohim.

8The one who does not love does not know Elohim, for Elohim is love.
13By this we know that we stay in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
16And we have known and believed the love that Elohim has for us. Elohim is love, and he who stays in love stays in Elohim, and Elohim in him.

17By this love has been perfected with us, in order that we might have boldness in the day of judgment, because as He is so are we in this world.
20If someone says, “I love Elohim,” and hates his brother, he is a liar. For the one not loving his brother whom he has seen, how is he able to love Elohim whom he has not seen?

21And we have this command from Him, that the one loving Elohim should love his brother too.
36“Therefore be compassionate, as your Father also is compassionate.

37“And do not judge, and you shall not be judged at all. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned at all. Forgive, and you shall be forgiven.

38“Give, and it shall be given to you. A good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over shall be put into your lap. For with the same measure with which you measure, it shall be measured back to you.”

My Statement of Faith:

1. God

(a) God is Triune
(The Lord our God is one God who exists as three persons: The Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost).

Existence is an action - all the exists is through the continuous act of God. If God exists, what is the cause of His existence?
Existence is a state given to an idea. For example, unicorn are an idea but they lack existence.

(b) God is Spirit
(Transcendent and beyond the physical universe).

How can God be beyond the physical universe if He created it? If God is willing the universe, than it cannot be beyond him?

(c) God is Holy
(God is Holy and divine; This means He is perfect, pure, without spot, blameless, and sacred).

According to whose standards, God's?

(Sovereign and all powerful; Doctrine of Immanence is implied in this).
(h) God is Omni-Present

Can God make himself with spot or sin?

(Capable of Being Present in all locations).
(i) God is Self Sufficient

God is outside of the universe and outside of time yet present in all locations and times...

2. Jesus Christ
(f) Christ entered the flesh of Adam by way of a virgin named Mary.

You mean Mary was his mother?

(g) Christ suppressed His Omniscience (Kenosis)

He suppressed that? That's a quality of God and God is immutable.

Dear Stray Bullet:

Are you saying you do not believe in God? How can you not? His creation declares His glory; And if you have ever been in love, then surely you should be aware that there is a God. For God is love (1 John 4:8).

Jesus is the Second person of the Godhead or the Trinity (i.e the Father, the Son (Christ), and the Holy Ghost). The Spirit of Christ (Who is uncreated and eternal) had took on the flesh of Adam (i.e. thru being born by way of the virgin named Mary).

But I am fully aware that skeptics love to ask the question: "If God created everything, then who created God?"

However, what they fail to understand is that they are thinking in linear terms of "time", though. God created our concept of linear time at the Beginning during the creation. God is eternal and always existing as a part of His natural being. In other words, when Jesus answered the Pharisees he said,

"Before Abraham was, I AM." (John 8:58)

Jesus did not say "I Was"

Jesus said He was " I AM ."

Meaning His present moment declaration to their concept of linear time is a statement that He always existed.

The "I AM."

So yes, action always existed because God always existed. Your lack of a belief in something true does not make it untrue.

Existence is a state given to an idea.

No. Existence is.... "to have actual being;"

"to have life or animation;" (Which the Dictionary does a good job here at defining).

In other words, knowing that I am alive is not a concept or idea. I really know that I am alive and I have a physical presence within the universe. My five senses tell me that this is so and it is not an illusion.

For example, unicorn are an idea but they lack existence.

Atheists (who are uninformed) like to poke holes in God's Word because they think unicorns are in reference to the mythological beast. But it really doesn't work. Actually, it is a word that is in reference to any one horned animal. For "unicorns" is even a word that is used by Science today (And they are not talking about the mythological horse like creature). Here is a Science book on unicorns.

How can God be beyond the physical universe if He created it? If God is willing the universe, than it cannot be beyond him?

The spiritual world is sort of like another dimension that lies beneath the physical universe, which is another dimension.

According to whose standards, God's?

Yes. God created everything and He is the One who makes the rules for that Universe. But do not be led astray by believers who would have you believe that morality or the goodness of God and or His Judgments are not knowable. God's good ways can be explained. Don't listen to those believers who say that God can do certain bad things. They are not speaking for God if they say God is capable of doing something we know to be evil. Also, those passages in Scripture (Usually in the Old Testament) have to be put in their proper context. Anyone can take something out of context and paint God in a bad light. But it would not be true, though.

Can God make himself with spot or sin?

If you are referencing Hebrews 9:14, here is what it says,

"How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

This is saying that Christ (Second person of the Godhead) had offered Himself (While in the flesh) to God the Father without any fault or unrighteousness. Jesus perfectly obeyed the Law and then offered Himself to the Father be crucified so as to save the world from their sins. For Christ's shed blood can wash away sin if one accepts His free love gift and if they abide by the terms of the contract (i.e. the New Testament) for that free love gift. The thing is, Jesus's free love gift is available for you. Do you want that gift? Do you want to know the Creator of the Universe and have a love and peace like you have never known before?

God is outside of the universe and outside of time yet present in all locations and times...

By what you said before, I thought you did not believe in God? But God being self sufficient means He does not need anything or anyone to survive or to be complete. However, it is true. God can exist in both the spiritual dimension and the physical dimension and be present in all locations and times.

You mean Mary was his mother?

Jesus did not have a human father; And His physical body was brought into this world by the way of Mary giving birth to him. Christ eternally existed as the second person of the Godhead or the Trinity. God is Spirit; And they that worship Him are to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

He suppressed that? That's a quality of God and God is immutable.

My ability to put on a blindfold does not change the fact that I still have eyes and or vision to see. My characteristic of sight still exists. My ability to supress that does not change that characteristic.

Anyways, if you seek the Truth and see that God and His Word is true and you are ready to accept Jesus Christ so as to be Saved (Born Again), then I encourage you to check out these Comic Book Tracts here:

For men:

This Was Your Life.

For women:

Anyways, I hope this helps.
May God's love shine upon you.
And may you please be well.

With loving kindness to you in Christ,

God Made Me A Skeptic

I was not talking about God not being, but rather saying that God exists. Existence is a state, in fact an action, caused by something.

What?

The spiritual world is sort of like another dimension that lies beneath the physical universe, which is another dimension.

That still does not answer the question of how God can be outside the universe and still given it existence.

Then what is the point of mentioning it? You are saying God is perfect by God's own standards.

I was asking you if you think God could create Himself with sin.

By what you said before, I thought you did not believe in God? But God being self sufficient means He does not need anything or anyone to survive or to be complete. However, it is true. God can exist in both the spiritual dimension and the physical dimension and be present in all locations and times.

Then you are now saying God is present in the physical universe.

Jesus did not have a human father; And His physical body was brought into this world by the way of Mary giving birth to him. Christ eternally existed as the second person of the Godhead or the Trinity. God is Spirit; And they that worship Him are to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

I am not sure why you used the words "eternally existed", don't you mean exists?

My ability to put on a blindfold does not change the fact that I still have eyes and or vision to see. My characteristic of sight still exists. My ability to supress that does not change that characteristic.

That would be limiting something in Christ's humanity, which is changing, as opposed to Christ divinity, which is unchanging.

Anyways, if you seek the Truth and see that God and His Word is true and you are ready to accept Jesus Christ so as to be Saved (Born Again), then I encourage you to check out these Comic Book Tracts here:

For men:

This Was Your Life.

For women:

You Have a Date.

Anyways, I hope this helps.
May God's love shine upon you.
And may you please be well.

With loving kindness to you in Christ,

Sincerely,

~ Jason.

I don't understand why someone would want to use Chick tracts.

If we are going by what Fundamentalists say, then as far as this room is concerned, I adhere to "14 point creed of the Niagara Bible Conference of 1878":

1. The verbal, plenary inspiration of the Scriptures in the original manuscripts.
2. The Trinity.
3. The Creation of man, the Fall into sin, and total depravity.
4. The universal transmission of spiritual death from Adam.
5. The necessity of the new birth.
6. Redemption by the blood of Christ.
7. Salvation by faith alone in Christ.
8. The assurance of salvation.
9. The centrality of Jesus Christ in the Scriptures.
10. The constitution of the true church by genuine believers.
11. The personality of the Holy Spirit.
12. The believer’s call to a holy life.
13. The immediate passing of the souls of believers to be with Christ at death.
14. The premillennial Second Coming of Christ.

7. Sins that Cannot Be Forgiven:
What about unforgiveness?

"'And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.'" (Mark 11:25-26)

My Statement of Faith:
(Continued)

21. Hamartiology: (i.e. The Study of Sin):

Not all sins are the same. There are three different types of sins.

(a) Sins that lead unto death (1 John 5:16-18).

Sins unto death are sins that lead to the second death that are not repented of. Such sins would be murder, hate, whoremongering, and lying, etc. For according to Revelation 21:8, these are the type of sins that lead unto to the second death (a.k.a. Lake of Fire) (Also see Galatians 5:19-21, Colossians 3:5-6, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

(b) Sins that do not lead unto death (1 John 5:16-18).

In 1 John 5:16-18: The “Sin not unto death” are sins in Revelation 21:8 that are repented of (i.e. confessed to the Lord Jesus, and forsaken). “Sins not unto death” are also the types of sins minor transgressions that incur punishment in only earthly courts like the first two sins mentioned in Matthew 5:22. For in Matthew 5:22 (AMP), Jesus says: “But I say to you that everyone who continues to be angry with his brother or harbors malice against him shall be guilty before the court; and whoever speaks [contemptuously and insultingly] to his brother, ‘Raca (You empty-headed idiot)!’ shall be guilty before the supreme court (Sanhedrin);” Yet, we learn by our Lord that the third and last sin mentioned in Matthew 5:22 (AMP) is punishment in the afterlife (i.e. a sin unto death). For Jesus says, “...and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of the fiery hell.” In other words, the words in blue above are “sins not unto spiritual death,” and the words in red above is in reference to a “sin that is unto spiritual death.” (Side Note: Catholics would call this “mortal sin” and “non-mortal (venial) sin.” However, seeing many practices in Catholicism appears to contradict the Bible in many places big time, it is best to try and distance ourselves in striving to not use such terms so as not to be confused with them). To see my complete list of reasons or points in the Bible in defense for “sins not unto death” (or minor faults) see my post here.

(c) Unforgivable sins.

Unforgivable sins are sins that cannot be forgiven. These types of sins would be speaking bad words against the Holy Ghost (Matthew 12:31-32), committing suicide and staying dead (1 John 3:15) (1 Corinthians 3:16-17), and taking the mark of the beast (Revelation 14:9-10).

To learn more about "sins that lead to death," and "sins that do not lead to death," check out this post here.

22. War and Non-Resistance:

In the Old Testament, clearly God's people (Abraham, and the nation of Israel) went to war and or fought battles for God. But I believe that when Jesus came, Jesus taught us Non-Resistance. I believe the war we are to fight today is a spiritual war that is not fought with carnal weapons. To learn more about the NT's teaching on Non-Resistance, check out this thread here.

Till all are one.

This is a quote from Transformers the Animated movie. But I don't see this as a quote from the Bible or even as a truth expressed within it (using other kinds of words), though.

The point is that the Bible does not recognize such a statement; And the Scriptures say, faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17 KJV).

You do know that not one of the words you substitute as "Elohim" actually are "Elohim"?
