True, but in this case, we now have a million Carson supporters who believe prison creates gays, by their choice. His unsubstantiated comment (lie) is accepted and honored....after all he knows brains.

Why should we care about global climate? We're American...

73%(CNN poll) believe that global warning is occurring, and half believe we are the cause.
I suspect they do know, and it is just a game.

Well they really can't answer that one question can they - and I've tried this question numerous times: when did you choose your orientation? On which day, at what time, and what did that process look like?

Because that never happened to me. I never had a conscious decision laid out before me like, hmmm, gay or straight - which way do I go? I just liked men. And that has not wavered. I've thought about it since, several times, and mused on whether I could "switch" but the answer is no. I love women. I have wonderful female friends who I would not be without, and who have rocked my world in many ways, but I could no more have a sexual relationship with them than I could fly to the moon. But men - or specifically my husband - whole different story. That's just how I was made.

All the science-denying going on (not counting the simple trolling for lulz) makes me wonder if I have an equal blind-spot and if so, what it is. Given human nature, it's likely to be there and given my human nature, it is all but certain I'm blind to it.
