Sounds like universal salvation, where man (woman) has no part.
And when anything else is spoken plain, they just cannot hear it. They only hear the word 'work'.
Strange.
Choosing is either of your flesh surrender, or it isn't.
What do you believe with, may I ask?
Is your heart and mind and spirit completely seperate from your body, or soul?
because most consider body as works.
Amen, our only work is to believe on the one who has saved us, Jesus.
It really is that simple.
Where / how do these doctrines fit into the big picture that you are viewing?
Hebrews 5: 9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
how o we obey by accepting him.
Mark 16: 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; ....
this is an ordinace to the apostles to baptise believers, the saving comes from them believing not being baptised.
Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Remember that Peter had yet to become converted!)
so you think this means if we do not go back in time to being children we cannot be saved, really!!
Mark 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. (Can we be saved without the Father's forgiveness?)
Can you really accept Him if you do not accept His commandments? Can you love Him without keeping His commandments. Can you accept Him without loving Him?Hebrews 5: 9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
how o we obey by accepting him.
But being baptized is the covenant ordinance that separates the wishy washy belief from the devoted and dedicated belief. A person's works is what exposes their genuine belief. Remember that the devils also believe, and tremble.Mark 16: 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; ....

Not at all. It means we must submit our will to God, as little children submit to their parents. To be teachable, humble, trusting, .....Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. is a reference to praying with good conscience.

I think I responded to that question. All sins are pardonable if we repent of them, excepting the rejection of the Spirit's witness of the divinity of the Son of God. Genuine repentance means turning 180 deg. from that sin and never repeating it. If we love Christ more than the sin, we will find the strength and power to do this. When we sin, it simple means that our love for Him is below our potential. Keeping the commandments daily strengthens and fortifies our love for Him, until we have reached our potential. Our potential stems from being created in God's likeness.I think you were asked what is the unpardonable sin in the bible, if that is the unpardonable sin please tell me how can any other sin be unpardonable??
¶For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.the devil does believe yes but not on Jesus as the saviour that is for sure.
my fav scripture is John 3:16 it says everything about being saved.

If you repent, you are sorry for committing the sin. Are you truly sorry if you repeat the sin?I think I responded to that question. no it doesn't repenting means turning away from, it does not mean you will never do it again, you are mixing ideas there. ...
John 14:15... No matter how much we love Jesus we will sin, ...
Those in Christ are those who keep His commandments!... the love God has for us is his measure of forgiveness, all our sins past, present and future are forgiven, that's why it says "their is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus", ...
If you repent, you are sorry for committing the sin. Are you truly sorry if you repeat the sin?
Please, tell me what repentance means to you!
John 14:15
¶If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Your statement presumes you understand the full potential we have to love. That understanding comes from experience. The experience comes from keeping the commandments. If you believe you cannot keep all the commandments, you create an internal weakness that stifles your potential. Belief is essential. "All things are possible to those who believe." It is written that God has prepared a way for each of us to escape temptation, and that we will never be tempted above that which we are able to bear.
So, if Jesus said our love is measured by keeping His commandments, don't you think if we love Him, we will do everything we can to find that way God has prepared to escape temptation? That is a high level of love! It is the level of love that qualifies us for this promise. 1 Corinthians 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
Those in Christ are those who keep His commandments!
Can you really accept Him if you do not accept His commandments? Can you love Him without keeping His commandments. Can you accept Him without loving Him?
